Draught beers include Tetleys smooth and Skol which I can highly recommend!. The food was so spicy yet not overpowering which was pleasant. Overall I can say that I will be using the Restaurant as often as I can. Next time i go i will take some pictures.

There are also vegetarian options available. The food tasted fresh and authentic, it was overall an enjoyable experience. Garlic Chilli Chicken was the standout dish for me, it is a spicy dish but did not overpower the excellent flavour. I would recommend it for spice lovers. The decor is street themed and has some trendy iconography which adds to Papadoms unique style. Service was excellent and menu options explained for new customers who have not dined in Papadoms before. Each menu item has a spice range of 1-4 spice range. Price wise, for 3 dishes, you're looking at £25 per person on the food alone. So depending on your appetite, it could cost quite a bit but it is worth it!

I bought a pair of sandals in BHS while on a visit to Durham. While there I received a promotional…read morediscount voucher for the restaurant but was unable to use it as I had already eaten. On arriving home I found one of the sandals to be loose fitting and decided to return them to the Sunderland store where I live with the intention of visiting the restaurant. However, I was refused a refund on the grounds that this store do not sell mens shoes, which I was unaware. I was informed I would have to return them to Durham, which would not be cost effective as the cost of the sandals was just £15. I pointed out that the receipt had stated that any unworn/unused item could be returned at any BHS store with a receipt within a month. This was not accepted. I then visited the restaurant and when I went to pay, I was told that cash only was accepted as the till was not working. This was not a problem for me but my 20% discount could not be accepted because of it. I have shopped at this store for many years and have never had a shopping experience such as this. I am a respectful, reasonable person and believe I should have been accorded the same at the customer services desk which sadly was amiss.
