I reached out for an estimate on a wrap for a company vehicle. Matt gave me an estimate based on the information I had to go on. He then proceeded to call and email so much that I had to tell him to stop. After I later reached out to proceed and he received the digital files from my corporate office, he told me it would cost significantly more. When I told him I couldn't do it because it was too expensive, this was his reply: "When you can't find it cheap please don't reach out to use again we have waisted to much time for only a few bucks thanks Matt the owner of Mr wrap." The workmanship was excellent, and the car came out clean. Unfortunately, I later got a rock crack in my windshield. Frank was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He responded quickly to messages, answered all of questions, and worked with me to keep the cost down. He gave a very fair price on a new windshield, recalibration, and reapplying the XPEL XR Plus windshield tint. What stood out most was the staffs professionalism, transparency, and customer service. Frank was upfront about all options, explained the difference between OEM and aftermarket glass without any pressure, and it was very easy to make the decision that made the most sense. It's hard to find a shop that genuinely cares about taking care of its customers, and Faith Auto Glass has earned my business. If you're looking for quality tint or auto glass work, I highly recommend them. I'll definitely be coming back for future projects.

The entire installation is perfectly clean with no stretch marks, no debris trapped in the film, no lifting, and no imperfections of any kind. Every panel looks like it came from the factory with the film already installed. The gloss and clarity are outstanding, and unless you know exactly what to look for, you would never know the vehicle is covered in PPF. They put a rookie on both jobs (unknown to me) and he royally screwed the 230i job with horrible trim cuts that were crooked and jagged. The M4 was not great work but better than the 230i. That was a complete abortion. I complained and the rookie called his boss and agreed to fix it. When I went to pick it up after FOUR DAYS at the shop, it was not finished and was told they fired the rookie and another tech would take over. I refused to let them mess with my car anymore and took it home. I have since contested the charge with my bank since Ceramic Pro refused to refund me. Amateur hour, for sure. P
