What can I add that everyone else hasn't already said about Danny and his partner? I called yesterday looking to find a local mobile detailer. After searching through Yelp, I reached out to Arcos and connected with Danny. Danny didn't just give me an over the phone quote, he actually came to see my vehicles (we wanted both of them detailed) to give an accurate and professional quote! WHAT SERVICE! Danny had availability today to get to both of the cars and mine needed some serious attention. Danny noticed a couple spots on my husband's new car (only a year) that had only been cleaned at the dealers after they did their routine maintenance! So here's the deal: I live in a place where wild peacocks and I battle for territory. Seriously. Every spring, one male peacock tries to make my driveway its loveden. The peacock sees its reflection in my peacock blue car and goes crazy thinking its reflection is a rival male. The stupid bird engages in battle with my car and, in the process, leaves deep scratches (and sometimes its own blood) in my Honda Accord. This sucks. I cover my car, but it it's not covered while I quickly run inside to put popsicles in the freezer, this mofo will scratch this bejeezus out of my car. A few months ago, I took my car to a detail shop in San Marcos to see if they could get the scratches out and they told me I'd need to get the three damaged panels repainted. Crap. It would cost about $1500. Earlier this week, one of my students started working for Danny and Arcos Wash. Danny took a look at the scratches and told me he could fix them. What?! He and Eduardo came to me and my car, took about 3 hours, and my car looks like new. This dude is a miracle worker! I can't believe he fixed it! He told me that I'd still be able to see the scratches a little bit, but he must have way better vision than I do because I don't see them at all. I'm stoked! Danny and Eduardo did an amazing job and I can't recommend them enough. He only charged me $250 to make my car (and me) happy again. I am a contractor and just bartered with a guy named DAVID HARLEY who runs Car Auctions in Ottay Mesa to have my car painted and they did a lousy job. I could not take it back to the guy because he will no longer answer his phone. My black Nissan had orange peel and major problems and had sat for a month without a wash so Danny and helper super cleaned buffed waxed and tried like heck for hours to make it look as good as possible. They knew I was upset and offered to try to further restore it with high grade polishing but I am thinking its not worth the effort. I will eventually repaint it correctly and never barter again.
