Got my 4 passenger windows, back window and sun roof tinted. Pretty good job, but had to go back to have my passenger windows redone as there was a gap between the end of the glass and tint, compared to the other side. Got a free replacement fix, much appreciated. But I had to make time out of my week to go back with an appointment. During my initial visit - A can of window cleaner was left in the back seat, pieces of tint left in my seats, wet driver seat-when returned, streaks down my door panels and windows from the water used -expected but maybe a little wipe down would be nice, since windows can't be rolled down for 3-5 days. Expected a little more attention to detail for such a task/price. If you need tint in a rush with appointments asap, this is your spot but maybe an earlier appointment may have helped vs later in the day with the clean up. read more

STAY AWAY Y'ALL - UNPROFESSIONAL 0/5 It's been a week since I got my tint, and even though my tint took more hours than quoted, I didn't mind. I wanted my car to look good in the inside and out. Sadly, my car's interior Ambient Light got damaged. Apparently when a lot of water is used and the electronics are not covered properly, this tends to happen. I am no expert but they should have known better and I should have also done my research. I texted the company back and they said to let it dry a couple of days, it's been more than a week and still no ambient light. Then the owner messaged me and said 2 weeks. That is unacceptable. It's been hot and my car has been in the sun and nothing is coming back. Just be aware if you don't want your car to go through this. I don't know what I'm going to do, as my car was just serviced a couple of weeks ago and everything was working perfectly. 9/2/2025 - update. I finally got my Mercedes back from the dealership, they had to order the special part that was messed up by this company. I had to drive a loaner for almost 6 days. The owner did not want to take responsibility and was very condescending. LONG STORY SHORT --- DO NOT COME HERE, I'M WARNING EVERYONE. No refund was given either and I had to spend my time figuring out what to do. No help from OWNER OR OTHERS. read more

Zero Stars I brought in a brand-new car (only 8 miles on it) after speaking with Allison (owner) over the phone and by text. She and her husband, Edgar, owners of Speedy Tint in Oceanside, CA, assured me of the shop's top quality and that I should choose them over 'cheaper' shops that I had called. From the start, there were warning signs: When I arrived, the shop was short-staffed, and I overheard other customers complaining about tint jobs that had to be redone due to dust under the film. That should have been my red flag, but I was reassured over the phone that they had "top installers" and used the "best product on the market." After my car was returned, I found: 1. A knife cut through the paint, down to the base coat. 2. Damage to the window seal where tinting was applied. 3. A scratch across the back window, where tint wasn't even installed (they deny), brand new car. 4. Dust trapped under the tint on all three windows (front windshield and two front windows) is visible on all 3 windows of poor install. When I raised these issues, the owners refused to redo the job. They claimed it was my responsibility to have found and reported all damages immediately, on a car that was essentially brand new. Edgar initially promised a full refund, but two weeks later, I am still waiting. Communication has been unprofessional since then, follow-up has been nonexistent, and customer care has been completely lacking. To make matters worse, despite the damage and unresolved refund, I continued receiving automated text solicitations asking me to book new services. Buyer BEWARE: Unprofessional, careless, and unwilling to stand by their work. I deeply regret not choosing one of the other reputable shops I had originally considered. read more

I truly enjoyed being a customer with this business and the advice/help from the woman who was working at the front that day. Since this was my first time getting this kind of service done on a vehicle, I was pretty nervous and a little clueless, but her help reassured me as well as decide which tint to get. They also have a wonderful lifetime warranty policy that was included with my tint. Lastly, the tint itself did not take very long at all. It went a little past the estimated time they gave me, and they called me in advance to let me know it was delayed - so I also appreciated the communication from them. I came in a day prior after a failed attempt to remove my own tint. Bruh I know, don't ever do that. I was advised it would take longer to fix due to all the adhesive I left behind and was requested to come back the next day. I returned and spoke to a different guy but he knew my situation as if he was there the day before. That was awesome they kept each other in the loop. He looked at my car and stated it wasn't an issue and would work with me on pricing. Dude was beyond fair with the pricing and took great care of me.
