1st time renting from here and it started out nice, my son got fitted for his Prom tux, he tried everything on and we were good to go. Picked up his tux on Friday he went to wear it on Saturday and the pants were super short & he was about to bust out of the seams, pockets kept coming out due to them being way to small! Paying 237.00 for a 1 night rental and he not having the right size & length pants that he tried on at the store is ridiculous! read more

Use only if you are happy with "I am sorry you misunderstood" if there is a misunderstanding. We came in asking to buy ties and suspenders and they rented them to us instead. We never understood that, guess it is our fault for not reading the agreement and trusting the sales person. They also asked us to have the groomsmen come in and get measured for their ties and suspenders at least two times, both times when it was pointed out they were only picking up their ties and suspenders, they said sorry you are right. read more

I shopped local stores but because I was returning home soon I could not get any alterations done before I would leave. I stopped in this store just to see what I could do, and was very pleasantly surprised that I could buy necessary items and have them for my size. The manager, Kim, assured me they would have them before I left. Due to the lateness of my order (late afternoon) the pants did not make the delivery for the next day, but I was called by Kim and assured they would be there the following day before I boarded my plane. Kim came in on her day off, 2 hours before the store opened, to meet me and provide the pants. This location is on the same side of the road as the Walmart and in the same plaza as the Petco, Platos, and the Autoparts store. The staff are super nice and there are a lot of volunteers walking around as well. I have found several things that are new with tags (priced accordingly), tons of name-brand goods, and there is rarely that funky thrifted smell that permeates everything you get from the WMS. They have everything from clothes to furniture/household goods to really nice jigsaw puzzles. Everything is super easy to find. Prices here at the Mission Store are a little higher than places like Goodwill, but every purchase supports the Wheeler Mission by providing meals and funding for training to their residents. There are also hand-made candles and other wares that the residents make while staying at Wheeler for purchase. Once while shopping I noticed it was busier than normal and the associate explained that they allow Wheeler residents to come and shop for what they need to get back on their feet. COOL!

I would like thank managment, and especially jenny down at Louie's tux shop, here in Marion for all there help and support durring the untimeley passing of my father. I didnt own any fancy clothes , especially a suit or nice shoes. My heart was heavy, and my grief was so thick, the last thing in the world i wanted to do, was to drive to the big city and shell out big $$ for a suit. Infact i hadnt warn one in years, and wasnt even sure how to dress, or even be fitted for one. I couldnt believe it when google showed a tux & suit rental place in my smaller home town. It was a timley issue on top of everything else, and i couldnt believe it, but after hearing my dilemma, they, "Jenny" actually opened the store 2 hrs early so i could be on time to the funeral. The suit was so nice and way more then i expected. Even the fittings and measurements, and at fair & reasonable price. I apologize my review is long overdue it has been 30 days but thank you so very much Jenny and all involved . read more
