I ordered a suit online for a gala 4 days away and it didnt fit so naturally I panicked. With no time to return the first suit and find another one I gave Louie's in Casleton a call and the staff educated me on the rental process over the phone. I arrived at the store a couple hours after the call and the staff got me measured and walked me through each option. I enjoyed the fact that they told you the why behind everything so you can make an independent decision based on what you want. I'm a woman who wears formal menswear and I didn't feel out of place for 1 second. The staff gave me some best practices on highlighting my figure in the right places. I have never rented a tux or any type of clothing before (needing it for a wedding), but Louie's got me in and out relatively quickly even though it is in the middle of prom season. May update the review after I obtained my rental. They do require $25 down as a deposit and the rest upon picking up the tux. The only real negative is that this store is located in a mall. And seriously, who goes to malls anymore? But besides that, these people are professionals and will work with you to get what you need. read more

This could take a lot of time that I don't have so to sum it up... The store is musty. We went in 5 times in regards to fittings/pick up/drop off. Each time the store was musty. & I mean strong musty. The 1st trip out [20 days pre wedding] we were told to come back a couple days before the wedding in case my son had a growth spurt. The 2nd trip out we brung the shoes so that accurate measurements could be taken considering the soles on the shoes [AF1s] are thicker than most & the pants would prob need to be a little longer. We were told it wouldn't be a problem, which it was bcs his pants were too short. His sleeves were too long. I called a couple of times & spoke to Tyler who was of no help & just seemed to want me off the phone. I would neverrrrr recommend this shop. 3 of the groomsmen had issues as well. Definitely a last minute headache & waste of time that didn't have to be. I know every place has issues & makes mistakes... but it's all about the recovery & how the business attempts to assist their customer in correcting the problems. After a trying a different retailer for tux rental and leaving very disappointed, Louie's was able to get everything we asked for- efficiently- and with professional and pleasant customer service. I took my son to the Louie's in Avon to get fitted for his prom on 04-29-17. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and the process was quick and easy! They arranged for my son to pick up his tux at the Castleton store, which was closer for him. His tux was ready for pick up a few days before the prom, and it was perfect! read more

I had the pleasure of needing to rent a tuxedo and went to Louie's Tux Shop in Castleton Mall. The initial fitting went great, the staff were wonderful and very professional. The same is to be said when I went to pick up the tuxedo and have a second fitting to ensure everything was good.
