They have some other beers as well if you don't like Bellerose (which also means that I can't be friend with you!). When dinner time comes, they serve the beers with tasty crisps. They often bring me to the back of the bar, where the restaurant stands. And there, no hesitation: burger!! For a total of €10 at Holy Cow I received a better hamburger, better fries, and a bigger drink than I did at another (no-to-be-named) burger establishment where I recently spent €20 for an extremely unsatisfying meal (mediocre burger, mediocre fries, and less than a can's worth of soda). Honestly there's nothing like HC in Lille. It's gourmet burgers at slightly-above fast food prices in an atmosphere that falls somewhere between. For me, it's what I've been looking for in quick-dining all these years. I'm over the moon that finally I'll be returning to work after break with a smile on my face instead of a grimace. As "the best", I think I have expected too much and, even if they put red cabbage and some other ingredients that a normal kebab doesn't have, it didn't really blow my mind. Even the fries or the sauce have nothing particular. The biggest problem is that, if they wouldn't have been nominated at the best, I'd probably have put 4 stars. Nothing makes them the best, the kebab is just great without being awesome.
