I came here on opening night for Ariana Grande's Eternal Sunshine tour. We arrived at 4:50, and the…read moreparking lot was already opened. There were many entrance to get inside and the lines moved very fast. Security was very chill. There were many merch lines. I recommend going upstairs to find shorter/no lines, don't go to the one right at the door as they are way longer. Once we found our section, the usher offered to take us to our seats which we did take her on. I'm glad we did because we would've had trouble finding our seats. She also offered to take our photo. For food, I wanted to get their burgers which were supposed to be located in section 108, but none of the stores offered it. I decided to get the chicken tenders and fries and was very pleasantly surprised. It was not dry but juicy, and the fries were so good. I definitely recommend this meal if you come here for a concert. Water bottles are very overpriced so I recommend bringing an empty bottle and filling it at the water dispensers. Overall, I had a great time and enjoyed my experience.

The space was great, the suite had a lot of room and its own bathroom, coat closet, plenty of storage and a wet bar and area to set up a buffet. Mezzanine 20, however, is a limited view so would avoid if booking. There's an annoying pole that's smack dab in the middle of the view. There's a loveseat and a big chair and plenty of space to move around. Def a really cool experience. Our server was a very nice guy but he just wasn't as well-versed in how the suites worked and the food service was unfortunately super slow to the point that it hadn't arrived even through more than halfway through the show. There was misunderstanding after misunderstanding about how they were going to make up for the lack in service and a lot of our time was spent with the server and their supervisor, which took a lot of our attention away from the show. We also flew up for the event with a group of 20 in the suite and wish we could've enjoyed it a little more. We loved their chicken strips and enjoyed the chicken nacho bar (once it finally got there) but they had no to-go containers for the remainder of the food (since we weren't able to eat before or during the show, there was plenty of food leftover with no way to pack it-they suggested the drink cups?) Eventually found ourselves in their Manager's office downstairs and she took care of us and apologized for the experience and genuinely wanted to make it right. So her handling of the entire thing was great and we were happy with the resolution.

This stadium offers fans many food and beverage options, relaxing areas to soak up the sun while watching the game, activities for kids of all ages, perfect views of the field from any seat, and friendly, helpful employees. The views of the bay from the stadium are stunning. We sat in the front row of the left-field bleacher seats, and our view of the game was incredible. We felt so close to the field and players that it seemed as if we were on the field ourselves. Tip: If you plan to sit in the outfield bleacher seats, note that they offer no back support. Stadium seats are not allowed in this stadium, but seat cushions are OK. My wife recently had knee surgery, so climbing stairs to our seats was a challenge. I spokento usher Jessica, who was assigned to the very top of the left-field bleachers. Jessica was understanding and let us sit in unused seats with back support at the very top of our section for the entire game. This was arranged with the understanding that if the seat's ticket holders arrived, we would move back to our original seats. Fortunately, no one claimed these seats, so we were able to stay there the whole time. Ushers like Jessica deserve praise for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine effort to give guests like my family and me a truly wonderful, enjoyable, and memorable experience. Thank you!

We arrived in great spirits and started with the brisket sandwich, which was excellent and cooked to perfection. I also want to give credit to the employees working at the brisket sandwich stand. They were friendly, super helpful, and provided excellent customer service. They made us feel welcome and got our visit off to a great start. After that, we grabbed a drink before heading to our seats. We decided to have one more drink, so we ordered a Lagunitas and a Blue Moon. I'm not sure if it was the plastic cup or something else, but the Lagunitas tasted very different and seemed off. I went back and politely asked if I could switch it for a Heineken. Unfortunately, the employee who helped me at the Skyline Bar, next to the Gilroy Garlic Fries stand on the Club Level, was very rude and unprofessional. He was wearing glasses and a black shirt with the number 58 on it. He told me that nobody else had brought their beer back. I suggested that he taste it himself, but he replied that he couldn't. The interaction left a bad impression and took away from an otherwise enjoyable experience. That's why I'm giving this place three stars. I hope management works on customer service and employee training, especially considering how much customers spend on food and drinks at the ballpark. Overall, the food was great, and the staff at the brisket sandwich stand were outstanding. My only complaint was the poor customer service I received at the Skyline Bar.

Parking was a bit pricey ($20) and quite a walk from the stadium. There was a drink stand and two food trucks on site, Waffle Roost and Saint Mary's Forager Food Truck. We grabbed an asada burrito, hot dog, and nachos from the latter, with condiments and veggies like sliced tomatoes and jalapenos available to add to our items on a separate table. Our snacks were quite tasty, plenty of warm nacho cheese and jalapenos, a plump and juicy hot dog, and generously filled burrito. Porta potties were also set up behind the bleachers, near the entrance, for convenience. Ticket check was easy, though seating reservations weren't really enforced, as most ticket levels were open seating and the overall attendance was on the lighter side. We opted for the reservable seats at the top center of the bleacher section (Premium Halfway Bay), which had ideal viewing of the game, though other sections weren't terrible. Also, it might be worth noting that the stadium had minimal shade on a sunny Saturday afternoon with a start time of 1:00pm. Before the match began, the general admission grass seating was the only place with shade. However, by the second half, there was very little shade remaining in this grassy area, and now the two rear rows of the Premium Halfway Bay reserved bleacher seats were shaded (as this was right in front of the press box shielding the sun). By the last five minutes on the scoreboard, all three rows of the Premium Halfway Bay were cool and comfortable, covered by shade, and the rest of the seats in the venue had zero shade, except a small corner of the bleachers (far left side facing the field) as there were trees near this section. All in all we had a fun time, and now we know what to expect next time we attend an event here.
