Got loads of history here as a student. The track and field are well kept. Plenty of seating for a…read moreusual game even on days when it seems like a popular team comes to visit. Very easy to go in and out, not as strict as large volume places like the Memorial or the pavilion. Sometimes games are paid some are not, bot sure what is determined by this. A basic ticket stand and a stand of some merch and food; give you the basics. There are bathrooms available inside. Enjoy the art-deco architecture. It opened in 1932. and named after a mathematician professor George C. Edwards. One can really sit anywhere as nothing is assigned but on a hot sunny day go for the top or the press seating. It's all wide open. The views are splendid with the campanile, the Big C, and southside; truly a 180-degree view. Food and drinks are permitted and nobody said anything even though the rules were posted. Love coming back as an alumnus to support my alma mater.

There were many entrance to get inside and the lines moved very fast. Security was very chill. There were many merch lines. I recommend going upstairs to find shorter/no lines, don't go to the one right at the door as they are way longer. Once we found our section, the usher offered to take us to our seats which we did take her on. I'm glad we did because we would've had trouble finding our seats. She also offered to take our photo. For food, I wanted to get their burgers which were supposed to be located in section 108, but none of the stores offered it. I decided to get the chicken tenders and fries and was very pleasantly surprised. It was not dry but juicy, and the fries were so good. I definitely recommend this meal if you come here for a concert. Water bottles are very overpriced so I recommend bringing an empty bottle and filling it at the water dispensers. Overall, I had a great time and enjoyed my experience.

It is on the bigger side so if you are sitting at the top (200 section) unless the artist has 360 views, no obstruction, most often you will have obstructed views. One thing I wish would change was how knowledgeable workers are on where things are located, guiding people and also exiting the venue tends to be a problem often due to traffic jamming since there's one main exit point. Overall I do like coming here for events, I prefer it over going to San Jose for sure.

I literally saw their version of basic nachos, hot dogs, pretzels, candy and beverages. I expected more. MUCH more. I should've gotten food from one of the outside vendors, to be honest. They seemed to be severely understaffed in the concession areas. It was disappointing. The concert was good, but the best thing about the venue itself was the parking.
