Then two days later texted if they could come Friday which i agreed. A no show... then very late in the afternoon texted they had a family emergency could they come Saturday. Again I agreed and gave them a time which they said see you Saturday. Now comes Saturday and I get a text past our appointment time if they could come later which I gave them a time they could come around 4pm Around 4 I get a text ...when are you available on Monday as we quit for the day due to rain. I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company. Owner has promised to pay taxes as part of the land contract but has has ignored every attempt with owner of real estate (land contract) and attorney hired by the owner by the real estate. Clients should be aware that unless taxes are paid up to date with an escrow account for 2015 the balloon payment will not be made and the business will go under. Owner has consistently promised to pay back taxes but has not kept his word. Beware of dealing with this business. I am the land contract owner, he won't speak to me when I contact him about defaulting on the land contract. Attoney has been hired to deal with his lack of ethics.
