I could honestly spend hours browsing here, but I do need to be looking for something specific in order to have success. I love to shop here for shoes and clothing brands that I love at more affordable prices. Most recently I was looking for leather loafers for work and shorts for summer. I was able to find both! I got some very comfortable Cole Haan loafers and a couple pairs of athletic shorts/skorts, plus a pair of jean shorts. They had some really cute pajamas as well, but I used self control and did not purchase them. I also love to shop here for toddler shoes for my son. They have discounted Adidas, Converse, New Balance, etc. in his tiny size and they are just adorable.

The store is Clean, Organized, and Wide Open (maybe they should call it the COW warehouse) and you can almost see the entire store from one spot. I didn't find anything on this particular visit as they didn't have my size in the shoe I liked, but I'll stop back next time I'm in the plaza.

He sold me a shoe for a price and then before shipping the sneaker decided he didn't like that price and cancelled the order. He did not bother to reach out to me to explain himself and I have made purchases with him before. Then on top of this poor business practice he acted cowardly and blocked me from going into his selling streams. He took a gamble and lost and instead of adhering to the agreement and taking his loss like someone who would run a business ethically he cancelled the order. Realize his shoes are vastly overpriced compared to the market. If you need assistance finding the sneakers he's selling cheaper and from a more reputable seller (not me) let me know and I would be glad to help you.

Our "Outfitter" was Abby, an experienced runner, who made us feel comfortable through the entire process. She communicated through her words and manner that she wanted the best shoe for my wife. In addition to the 3D scanner, the pressure mapping mat was a low pressure way to direct the shoe selection process. We left with shoes that my wife felt comfortable wearing and pleased with the fit. Fleet Feet is a chain and offers a rewards program. Given the price of new shoes, it's easy to reach the first reward tier. The store itself is clean, small, organized, and an efficient use of the space. The selection is limited, but of good quality. In addition to running shoes, the store offers Garmin watches, insoles, running hats, shoe laces, energy gels, running shorts and tops, and the like. We parked on Independence Lane, just a few steps from the entrance. I have no hesitation returning to go through the Fit ID process and receive good service.

I also take really good care of all my footwear. These boots are stamped inside, as being leather. When a back portion of each boot began peeling off, I contacted Rieker. They admitted parts of the boot were in fact, imitation leather, I expressed disappointment at their deceptive labeling. They are now giving me the run around, expecting me to find receipt and return to local store. Really? They should stand behind their product. I will definitely be leery of their so called leather shoes in the future. Deceptive and Defective shoes!!!
