We knew going in that she would receive the fit ID process and a tailored approach to receiving a personalized shoe fitting. Our "Outfitter" was Abby, an experienced runner, who made us feel comfortable through the entire process. She communicated through her words and manner that she wanted the best shoe for my wife. In addition to the 3D scanner, the pressure mapping mat was a low pressure way to direct the shoe selection process. We left with shoes that my wife felt comfortable wearing and pleased with the fit. Fleet Feet is a chain and offers a rewards program. Given the price of new shoes, it's easy to reach the first reward tier. The store itself is clean, small, organized, and an efficient use of the space. The selection is limited, but of good quality. In addition to running shoes, the store offers Garmin watches, insoles, running hats, shoe laces, energy gels, running shorts and tops, and the like. We parked on Independence Lane, just a few steps from the entrance. I have no hesitation returning to go through the Fit ID process and receive good service.

I will be back to visit her when I have more time to try more on! They have a ton of selection and decent prices . I was surprised by how they were. They have a wide variety of styles and sizes and are happy to order anything they don't have in store. It's worth the value to get fitted for good quality shoes. They also have a shoe recycling program for old shoes. Staff is friendly and welcoming and they are happy to answer any questions you may have about anything in the store.
