The first time I had a small Case XX knife engraved for by daughter for a Christmas gift. The engraving was great on this item and I was impressed since the space was so small. The most recent item is a project that I have been working. I went to Kyle with the idea and he took some notes. He called be a few days later with options. Ultimately, the way I had it the spacing would not uniformed since I did everything freehanded. This would also cause the cost to go up a lot since it would take a lot of setup time.
