I bought a Groupon for this place-guess I should have researched laser hair removal before going. I have fine hair and it didn't work on me. When you check into Yelp there was a 50% off a package, they did not want to honor it, I had to explain to the front desk lady what Yelp was and that the owner of the establishment had to approve the Yelp deal. She still did not want to believe me. The front desk blonde lady is pretty rude. One day I checked in about 3 min early, my mom was waiting in the car due to the fact that the appt normally takes me about 5 min. Well of course on this day someone brought their baby in and the entire front desk staff went back and forgot about me for about 10 min. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not.... They did not even apologize. The ladies who actually perform the laser work are really nice, but their front desk person should take some classes on how to treat clients. The hair removal has not worked on me and again I have very fine hair. Disappointing to say the least. read more

Great little place. I've been here for Dysport injections, microdermabrasions, peels & most recently hair removal. Shelby was awesome, very sweet & made me feel way less self concious having my chin lasered. It was seriously over 5 minutes after I hit the door, from sign it to exit. I would highly recommend CoolSculpting at Louisville Laser. My experience was wonderful from the informative consultation to the day of treatment, and finally, to celebrating my "after" body! I worked with Charlene who was both caring and well trained. To be honest the treatment was uncomfortable, but thankfully not too long even though I had multiple areas around my middle treated. The results were AMAZING. Within 6-8 weeks I lost inches from my waist and my clothes fit so much better. I'm not surprised this place has such bad reviews, but I personally have had only good experiences here. The ladies (there are no male workers that I know of) are all super friendly and ready to make your experience as painless as possible (which is a difficult feat considering they're literally zapping hair off your body). When I was lazered for the first time, the woman told me it feels like rubber bands are snapping against your skin, and that was pretty accurate. Your skin will be red for a while after, but that's the price you pay to be a naked mole rat. They offer other skin regimes (is that the right word?) such as microdermabrasion (you get 50% off with yelp when you check in), chemical peels, and more! The stuff is kind of pricey, but it's usually well worth it once you start to see the results (which can sometimes take a while, depending what you're having done). You can lazer pretty much every part of your body, and after several sessions under the lazer, you'll see results and won't have to shave nearly as much (if at all)! I haven't had to shave my armpits in almost two years now! And I know being hairy isn't usually as big a deal for men as it is for us women, but they do offer services to men! It is a judgement-free zone, so there is no need to be embarrassed to get rid of unwanted body hair, whether you're a man or a woman! read more

But Louisville Laser can help you with that, um, situation on your chin, or your toe, or you know, down there... The staff is very friendly and professional. You get the impression that they have seen everything before and are therefore completely unphased that it looks like you are smuggling a small rodent under your arm. All of the exam rooms are spacious, clean and private. There is a TV on the wall if you want to focus on something else other than the zapping. The pain is pretty minimal, but sometimes it is nice to pretend there isn't a stranger focusing very intently on your armpit. If you want to go, check for a Groupon. They seem to run a special every couple of months. You may need a second Groupon to completely eliminate the... well, you know... but it is still cheaper than paying full price. read more

I highly recommend that you do NOT get a hydra facial here. Although they have the same machine, doesn't mean it's the same. I have dry skin & I felt like my skin was drier afterwards. Also the facial HURT and the lady went over the same spot multiple times. The procedure wasn't explained to me at all, basically there was no communication. The facial was done in like 15 minutes & I was out of $100. I'd rather pay more elsewhere. The free mini Hydrafacial I got at Sephora was way better. read more

I purchased a Groupon for a tattoo removal from here. The appt. process was fine. When I arrived they wanted me to sign all of these papers before I had even spoke to anyone about my session. I had a little wait to be seen. It wasn't horrible but it could have been better. The person who performed my service was nice. I could barely hear her in the room we were in. My procedure HURT but that was to be expected. I will be back for my two additional sessions. I cannot really answer if I recommend them or not. I don't necessarily recommend them but I don't not either. I'm going back so I guess that says something! read more

I was a customer when the previous owners where there and I bought a laser hair removal package that included lifetime treatments (2 per year free and half off of treatments after the 2 per year). I called and the new owners said that I didn't get the lifetime package because if I did then they would have my info but the manager said she would give me half off on laser treatments. I specifically bought the package with lifetime treatments, I spent a lot of money and now I'm left with the only option of spending MORE MONEY. The new owners are a joke, take your business elsewhere please. read more

I was pleased with my visit because the receptionist were very nice ..I got a microdermabrashion to remove acne scarring the lady who did the procedure was very informative and answered all 100 of my questions but put simply it didn't work she said I would see a result after 1 day and I noticed nothing I may go back and try a chemical peel which is more advasive which I'd just rather not have to do read more

These people have no concept of what customer service is. They almost never have a manager at their office. They don't care about the quality they are providing to you - I still have patches of hair because they don't pay attention. The 'technicians' give out the wrong information and don't seem like they know what they're doing. The 'manager' and front desk people are absolutely terrible. I got stuck in bad traffic on I65 and called to tell them, they didn't care and wouldn't do my service because I was more than 10m late. She didn't try to move other clients around or call in another technician because apparently that's not her job. Then I find out she's not even the manager, that person still hasn't been seen or heard from. The place is clean but you get what you pay for - I got a Groupon for like 75% off and I apparently get 75% less of them caring too. DONT GO HERE! read more

Laser hair removal is fine. But do not go here for botox, dysport or any other injections. I have had dysport by a trusted plastic surgeon a few times with great response. I got dysport here, thinking I could save some money. Not only was it the same price but I had Zero effect. It was as if she had injected me with saline. I have struggled with my weight all my life and I decided to try HCG with Louisville laser. From the first phone call to my most current visit the full staff has taken great care of me and has cheered me on the whole time. I called around to many places .. even had appointments set, but they definitely stuck out to me and by far was the most personable out of all the places I spoke to. I go in every week for a weigh in and they get me in on my lunch hour.
