After going through the BBB and jumping through many…read morehoops, I was finally able to get a satisfactory result with SWAT thanks to the technician Darren and Ryan, the regional manager. If you have to go with SWAT, ask for Darren! Darren came out again and made the necessary adjustment to my system (which was not adding a fan) to get it working properly and my radon rating went from over 10 down to 2.5 for the follow-up test. They didn't charge me anything else since the issue was caused by the initial tech not finishing the job properly in the first place. Grateful for the BBB because they never even gave me Ryan's info until after the fact, just random sales/scheduler people who frankly were not equipped to solve the problem and just tried to get me to pay more money. Original review: Horrible experience. $1460 down the drain for a mitigation system that does not work. Radon was 9.9 before mitigation and 10.4 afterward, so no improvement. Now they want to charge me $200 more to "upgrade" the fan and potentially $300 more for a second suction point. DO NOT by any means use this company or you will regret it!
