Thoai was also able to perceive that my hair would look even better with a perm. He was very patient and convinced me to get a perm and he was completely right, my hair looks really great permed and is so much easier to manage as well. The whole appointment took about 3.5 hours, but I had a book and could watch the music videos on the TV as well. It was nice to hear all the Dominican women talking while getting my hair done, it was a very lively environment, and towards the end of the evening they even offered me a cup of coffee. I highly recommend this place both because of the quality of the work and because the women who work here are great.
