I'm feeling frustrated that there is not a "zero stars" option. This review is solely concerning the billing office. I have been trying to get a refund of duplicate payment of $2770 since Oct. 20th, 2023 (Insurance mistakenly denied payment and we paid. Then insurance reprocessed and paid 10/20/2024 and we requested refund.) I have contacted billing more than a dozen times, sent a dozen emails, sent proof of payment in six times, have been promised a call back at least six times and was not called back once. I had to spend two hours on the phone again this morning and still do not have the refund resolved. By the time I get the refund (if such a thing ever happens) I will have earned it based on hourly wage for time spent trying. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my lifetime and I am 64. It is inconceivable that any organization would operate in such an incompetent and inconsiderate manner. This is my 4th visit to Lourdes due to a family member requiring multiple surgeries, for a total of 13 overnights. The staff is A+++. My family has been treated with care & compassion, humor, sympathy, and above all medical expertise. I enjoyed the interactions from everyone from the on call physicians, the nurses, lab techs and housekeeping. All very, for the most part (which to me seems almost impossible), friendly and personable. The facility is well equipped, modern and clean. The cafeteria even had great meal options, offering a guest meal during my family's stay. read more

Their new kiosk system is a step BACKWARDS in Lourdes care. If I can convince the VA to let us intercity Radiology or one of the two other hospitals in the area , I will! I love my providers at Lourdes but their billing department needs some serious updating. Instead of posting any bills to my portal they just sent their statements to a debt collection agency to ruin my credit. It was impossible to get someone to answer the phone and talk to a real person and when I finally did they were not able to handle finances only able to confirm the amount I owed. They sent me to another number of which I left a detailed message and was informed I would be called back within 2 days. To date I have still not received a call back to even accept payment. Very disappointed in billing department and general customer service. read more

I have had good luck here, but other family members have not been so fortunate. I have had to come here a couple times because of unfortunate work incidents. I got through fairly quickly and the staff were all pretty friendly to me. While this place is not my first choice based on other people's experiences, I can say they treated me well. read more

PLEASE READ WHOLE REVIEW!!! I came here seeking treatment for my sudden back pain about 4 days before February 8th 2022. They treated me like a drug seeker for 3 days, even going as far to say don't touch her she's just here looking for medication cause I was laying on the concrete freezing( explained later in review). After awhile of me stating my legs are going numb my back is killing me please do a cat scan they refused and kept calling me a drug seeker. I decided to sign out AMA ( against medical advice) and seek treatment at Trios Medical Center in Kennewick. However when I signed out my legs fully failed me as I was trying to get into my Lyft they proceeded to leave me on the cold concrete outside the emergency room for 45 minutes in urine soaked shorts as I had lost bladder control before calling the police on me telling them to trespass me from the property and having the fire department pick me up off the concrete instead of their staff the police officer came gave me an option of buying me a hotel room because apparently I was homeless not traveling for work or taking me to jail he said I needed to get in his vehicle if he were going to buy me a hotel room however I took one look at the car and said officer you need to take me to jail as I am unable to get into your vehicle. I chose to go to jail. When I arrived at the Pasco county jail the warden that was on that evening and the nurse both said I was too ill to go to jail as I was running a high fever this was before we realized I was septic the next day and they decided to get me a hotel room in which they had to have the fire department transport me there. I cannot say anything but nice things about the police department the jail and the fire department of Pasco County and Pasco city however Lourdes Medical Center absolutely horrible the next morning I woke up in the hotel room unable to move so I proceeded to call 911 they took me back to Lourdes Medical Center that I had been trespassed from where the doctor reluctantly agreed to run a CAT scan and discovered I had a massive abscess in my spinal cord that was damaging my spinal column and the cord itself they immediately transferred me to Trios to get an MRI upon completion of the MRI it was immediately transferred via emergency LifeFlight on a plane to Harborview Medical Center where I underwent emergency spinal surgery and have been paralyzed because of the incident. I am 26 years old and this hospital cost me my legs , I learned upon arrival at Harborview that this injury could've been prevented if the doctor I just listened and run a CAT scan earlier,so if I were you I would travel anywhere but here DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHANCES THEY WILL KILL YOU. I am currently seeking a medical malpractice attorney and filing a medical negligence case against Lourdes Medical Center and the doctors and the nurses that treated me over those three days, I've never received an apology from Lourdes Medical Center or even a follow up called to see how I was doing. This could all be solved with a cold from the Director of the hospital and reparations for the damage they caused me. However based off of their attitudes and actions over the three days that I was there I doubt I'll ever hear a word from them unless I take them to court. So please for your sake and that of your children and your families stay away from here. PS I've been in Harborview since February 8 I am writing this on April 28 you decide on what damages you think they caused but I'm trying to save you I just hope this review reaches enough people... read more

Flu season is here so of course I got sick with the stomach flu I was assuming before I even got there. I was checked in by the ambulance and Fire Department which were nice and professional. I was very nauseous continuously puking and having diarrhea in my home for 6 hours straight unable to get any rest. My husband had be transported to the ER they could not find in no my veins and poked me 4 times in the ambulance unsuccessful to get an IV in and get some fluids going. I have very small veins. Once I got to Lourdes it was worse the doctor asked why I'm here I could barely talk because my stomach was inflamed cramping pain and I vomited in between sentences by the time I got to the hospital I was so dehydrated my mouth was dry I could barely speak the doctor refused to give me any water ( still no IV with fluids going) because he said I would just vomit it back out. No hydration whatsoever. The MA Sydney who sat at my arm poking and prodding for a vein for almost an hour was so unsuccessful she had to use an ultrasound to find one. When she did she was still unsuccessful to hit the vein she FINALLY called for help to another coworker. Which not once did they ask how I was feeling am I ok NOT one word extremely rude and treated me as if I was an inmate from prison or something glaring at me as she was trying to find a vein. Very unprofessional and inexperienced staff. Once she got the IV in she said she was starting ibuprofen which burned my veins I don't believe was ibuprofen I said please stop my veins are burning so she pulled the IV out completely with no fluids the REST OF THE NIGHT and by 6am someone came in said we're having a staff shift change your no longer in our system so go wait in the lobby for your ride. Mind you without a warning anything! I had no shoes I said I'm not in any form to wait in a lobby without proper attire you guys can let me wait in my room for my ride. This is rediculous I was treated like cattle NOT a patient. Or an inmate fresh out of jail more like. Completely rude careless staff I will never go here again and I hope this place is fined or banned by the city of Pasco. Should not be in business these so called staff are collecting a paycheck and doing the absolute bare minimum. I will be filling a complaint with Human Resources as well. read more

This place is extremely ridiculous at handling their petients and I would suggest driving out of town to see a doctor that is actually gonna help you. First off the second we sat in the room Doctor Brent Lynnwood tried to take his mask on and when I told him I felt uncomfortable if he could please wear it he made it seem like an inconvenience but kept his mask on. Then after talking to him for 5 minutes he completely dismissed the diagnosis that my therapist and I have been talking about for the last couple of months. Then he stated that I couldn't have that diagnosis because people with that diagnosis are "crazy" and "can't keep a job" which is completely incorrect, the diagnosis has a spectrum and it effects everyone to different extents. He also got very dramatic about this diagnosis and kept saying "this is the worst diagnosis you could possibly get" which made me extremely uncomfortable. I don't believe anybody should have to go through what I just did especially if they aren't in a stable mental state. Doctor Brent Lynnwood is the biggest unprofessional clown I've ever had the inconvenience of interacting with. read more

I joined my wife while the Lourdes staff did a stress test and an imaging of her heart. Dr. Mann was thorough in explaining what the procedure would be and alternatives since she is claustrophobic. All went very well. The staff were wonderful and from scheduling to procedure, everything was timely and comfortable. Hopefully the results will be what we are looking for. We usually use Kadlec and/or Trios, but this time chose Lourdes and are happy we did. read more

I came in today with the flu and pretty much got ignored. I'm 3 months pregnant and super dehydrated but nope they didn't give me any fluids or anything. I waited over 2 hours to even been seen. Sat in a room with no blanket or pillow. Nurse was nothing but rude and told me that I wouldn't be able to get a note for work which was b.s. cause I asked the dr and he gave me one. Just a horrible experience wouldn't come here if you want good care. read more

My husband had back surgery here and the hospital was fantastic the service was great they did phenomenal the food was actually the best that we've ever had in the hospital better than some restaurants my grandkids even ate the food at the ages of 10 and 18 so I think this is a wonderful place if you have to have surgery read more

I went in on 7/29/20 around 11am in excruciating pain and problems breathing turns out I had a kidney infection, pneumonia, and a possible clot in my right lung I explained to the person at the front desk that I was having serious problems breathing she gave me a stern look and told me I had to sit down I told her again I can't breath she told me there was people in front of me and I had to be patient at which point I told her I had to be seen fast as I could not breath and if I should go to kadlec she said if you'd like that's fine so I went to kadlec where they got me in in a hurry I honestly felt like I was going to die in the lobby at Lourdes hospital with no compassion for my life how many times does someone have to say I can't breath to get help Eric Garner & George Floyd got the same attention I did with fatal results I CANT BREATH!!! Turns out I developed sepsis from my lung infection when I was originally at Lourdes for smoke inhalation when my house caught fire on July 4 2020 they only gave me 30 minutes of Albuterol and oxygen for another 30 minutes then sent me on my way. The doctors here at kadlec said if I hadn't came in my body would have went into shock. If you are in a life threatening situation please evaluate your situation before you go to Lourdes. read more

This is by far the worse hospital that i have been to along with all of their specialty and primary care facilities straight down to urgent care. I recently went for severe abdominable pain and their treatment or lack rhere of is absolutely despicable and appaling. Ive been here enoigh to give it a fair chance and id rather suffer than go back here which is what ive been doing anyway. read more

I was please with the doctor that I saw. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. However, the people that run the insurance side of Lourdes are not brilliant and tried to take advantage of me. They only sent my doctor's visit to insurance and didn't send any of my THREE lab reports through insurance. So from two separate lab companies I got bills totaling 212$ even though the check up is covered by my insurance plan. Luckily my Father had access to the insurance online and discovered this was a mistake. None of my labs had been sent to my insurance office. We contacted my insurance company who told us that they hadn't received any statements from the lab companies. We called Lourdes and these third party companies that they needed to send the reports to the insurance company. The lady on the phone said that in her system they had already sent them. (And my insurance didn't get them from either company? such a lie.) We had to go around in circles on the phone to get the companies to even submit the paperwork to the insurance company. Our insurance company ran them through their system and I ended up only owing 14$. THEY TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. Don't go here if you can avoid it. read more
