It's either the technician can't read the work order properly or the customer service person can't write up a simple order correctly. Twice it was corrected to the proper oil (that I've specified for 14 years in a row!). One time I found out when I went for the next oil change (of which they charged me for the more expensive brand) because the service person mentioned it. This last time, I walked out shaking my head...if they can't get a simple oil change correct, then what are they doing to customers that have more complicated work done??? So I approached a younger store associate to see if he could assist me. As I began to ask my question specific to fuses for my vehicle, the gentleman abruptly interrupted me and said to my face, "Listen to me." Period. Nothing more, nothing less. Needless to say, my jaw dropped. As I was telling the gentleman that I could not believe he just said that to me, as well as how amazingly rude that was of him, the gentleman again abruptly interrupted me and said to me, "Now you are talking over me". Obviously, I immediately put my other 2 items down and exited the store. Sadly, the gentleman was wearing a bandana, and I do not know his name. You can rest assured that my family/friends/associates will all be made well aware of this horrendous customer service I experienced today at the East Wareham, MA Advance Auto Parts store.
