Many of the customer service representatives at the registers were lacking in basic customer service skills. A refresher training in courtesy and attentiveness would go a long way. One of my biggest frustrations with this store is the layout. I entered through the Business and Construction side, which has a checkout and what appears to be a return desk--but I was told I had to walk all the way to the opposite end of the store just to return three items. There were no exceptions. That setup is beyond inconvenient and honestly makes me want to shop elsewhere. Overall, this Home Depot is decent, and I do find their prices slightly better than their major competitor in the area. But the customer service inconsistencies and poor layout make it a hit-or-miss experience.

I drive by saw the truck went in and said yeah you can rent there no one using it today. If they aren't straight up ignoring you at the counter they are hiding in the aisles on their phones. There are a small amount of works that are helpful and know what they are talking about. Bless them but I'm so sorry what you have to work with.

Habitat Restore is such a great place in general and I was really happy with this location. Let's start with the parking lot. Although it is a bit tight, the traffic all goes in one direction which is super helpful and the entrance to the building is stairs but there's also a ramp going in, which makes this place handicap accessible and easy to bring home rolling or heavy things from the store. Upon entering the store, I noticed that there are huge signs hanging from the ceiling telling you where things are located which made navigating through the warehouse easy peasy. I was on a mission and immediately found what I was looking for. I talked with a staff member who was friendly and was delighted as two customers who happened to be leaving at the same time as I was, helped me bring my stuff to the car. Bonus! I will be visiting here regularly until I find a dresser for my husband and a lounge chair that I love for our spacious living room. Great place.

We have a home Choice Cabinets in the kitchen and laundry room. I am not sure if they are the…read morehighest quality, I know that within the Choice selection they do not seem to be the "Top of the Line", but they are holding up quite well and are very attractive. We recently had three under counter cabinet drawers that were not closing and were making a little ping noise. When I removed the drawers I could see that a little gray plastic part was broken. I was not sure how that affected the closing of the drawer, but it clearly was not right. I found Choice Cabinets online and called the home office totally expecting this to be a hassle. Not so, the operator transferred me to a person who looked up my address and took down my information, and in a matter of ten of fifteen minutes said she would sen out replacement hardware that should arrive in about a week. Three days later the three now rails arrived. They were easy to replace, maybe ten to fifteen minutes each and the draws work perfectly again. BTW, they are the same hardware but the closing mechanism is a little different, so I suspect they have been improved over the other design. It was great experience to have the manufacturer stand behind their product.

My wife and I had a major home improvement remodel project in late 2019 and into early 2020. We had…read morebeen considering this work for more than a year and had been investigating contractors in our area. We reached out to Jamie Smith at Natural Falls Construction on a Sunday morning just to find out his availability. After a short phone conversation he offered to visit our home that day. We were pleased with his vision and thoughts as we described the elements of the project we were considering. The project scope included remodeling the kitchen and dinette area into a single space and opening the space to integrate the formal dining room. The original kitchen layout was such that the refrigerator location caused some congestion through the kitchen when entering the house from the attached garage. To resolve this the refrigerator location was moved as part of the opening to the formal dining room. We also contacted a second contractor who visited with us later that week. At this second visit the contractor listened to our concept and requirements but did not offer any specific ideas. He recorded some measurements for the cabinets he was planning. After receiving both estimates we were impressed with the detail provided in the Natural Falls document and most importantly the cabinetry work he included in his estimate was to be custom for the space, not standard size units as proposed by the second contractor. Ultimately, we were so pleased with the proposed plan by Jamie that we expanded the project scope beyond the kitchen and dinette areas to include the family room as well as a total reconstruction of the first floor half bath and flooring into the laundry room. Finally, this project was performed as the Covid 19 pandemic evolved and although this caused some delays this did not result in any work shortcuts. We are very happy with the space we now have and with the increased value of our home!
