Found out afterwards that the discounted rate was still 75% higher than what I could've paid on Amazon. Not a great start.

After completion the representative informed me that I was given the incorrect tanning option. That my Tanning session was given to another client by the same name. My frustration is that I did not want a walk thru. I stated that I did not have time for a sales walk thru. Yet I was told it was required, I was not heard. In addition I was held up again before being taken back by the "tote options" of skin care products. This is all unfortunate because these services have value. But without the right customer service skills, I have no interest. The rep was calling corporate when I left so that I could get a respray. And I would also have additional fees. This quick spray tan took a good 45 mins.

Also taught me about different levels of tanning and how to break my plateau and bring my tan to the next level- who knew? The third lady's name is Tanya. So sweet and kind and such a positive vibe that anyone who meets her feels appreciated! Had so many great quality tips that I left feeling well educated groom my visit. This place is awesome! All of the ladies went above and beyond for my spa experience and let me tell you from a managers perspective.. The virtues and the fact that they are so grounded and knowledgeable plus the fact that they have morals, kindness, honesty and they are trustworthy- no man on the face of the earth can afford to pay for that. At first, it is a little bit difficult to find. It is located right next to a barbecue restaurant that has a bit of a bigger sign. There's not much for parking, but it has never been an issue for me to find a spot so far. I love how intimate, private, beautiful and homey her studio is. She takes one client at a time, so you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk in. She times out her appointments perfectly. I've never had to wait, and maybe the one or two times I did- it was never more than 2 minutes. She does her job fast and thoroughly and is very knowledgeable in what she does. She's friendly, honest, genuine, informational and trustworthy. You feel comfortable with her. I usually go for underarm and Brazilian. Underarms are a piece of cake. The Brazilian does hurt. Even after going to her the 8th time, it still hurts... but I'm always happy in the end. Her prices are very fair. Around $10 (if I remember correctly) for underarms and $35 for Brazilian. Very happy with this place.
