I did not use and changed my mind after 5 minutes (in tanning bed) and she would not refund me even tho I did not use it and never got a visual on how much it even was before they charged my acct or credit card. She said she will reach out to corporate... my experience was not positive and I feel like someone who is in customer service should be better with customers and transparency.
