I have been going to Dr. Lovato for approximately 10 or more years! Why? Because she's professional and courteous. When I walk in she greets me by first name, which I appreciate. I know whatever exam I'm in for, glasses or contacts, is exactly what I am going to get. She does not try to get me to do unnecessary exams or make unnecessary purchases and she even gets me the best deal in contacts. It is my opinion that Dr. Lovato is in the business of eye health and not in getting her patients to spend on unnecessary items. Highly recommend! read more

I've called multiple times in the past week in an attempt to schedule appointment, but no one answers. I've left voicemail & no one has returned my call. I called multiple times today 12/28/22 , someone answered at 4:11pm but hung up when they realized they picked up my call. Upsetting to see the poor attention to patients they deliver. read more

Please stay away from this optometrist. I came in for an eye exam for my contact prescription and Dr. Lovato said my prescription was fine and just to test out the lens's power for a week. Why did I need to do that if my prescription is fine and didn't change according to the eye exam. I take them and come back next week. I waited almost an hour to see Dr. Lovato when I came back the next week for my appointment. I tell Dr. Lovato, they were uncomfortable and didn't sit right in my eyes. Mind you, they were a different brand of contact lenses that I have never used. Dr. Lovato said, oh that's because you need a stronger prescription, try these lenses and come back next week. The appointment only took 5 minutes. I schedule a new appointment to come back the next week to finalize my contact lenses prescription. The next week, I come back and Dr. Lovato says you're good and we're going to order the contacts that you wanted. I confirmed with the receptionist that I wanted my usual brand and they wrote down on the order paper and I already paid for them the first week I went for my first appointment. They said it should come in soon and three weeks goes by. I don't have any pairs of contacts anymore and that's why I needed to see an optometrist. I have said this multiple times. They gave me one pair of two week trial lens. I don't hear back until almost the fourth week since my last appointment. I finally make an appointment to pick them up and they're the wrong brand of contacts. The same contact brand that didn't sit well with my eyes and I saw on the order paper, it should've been the contacts brand I wanted. I told them and they said they'll order them and the right brand next week. It's been a month. I finally called them and they were not apologetic nor professional about my issue. They kept stressing that they just got in a shipment and they need to process it. They disregarded the fact that I've been waiting a month for my contacts and the pair that they gave me are expired now. I have no contacts and lack of respect for this place. This place also knows that I work in a strict environment and cannot just cancel my shifts and show up to appointments every week. They made every step of this process so tedious and so ridiculous when other optometrist offices will have you come in one time and be done. Their equipment is also very outdated and the office is very small. I do not recommend. read more

My husband went to pick up my eye glasses I paid for Gucci glasses and was given guess glasses not even the frame they can get right now no one answers the phone and I came to the office but it's closed I am beyond fed up with this place STAY AWAY OR YOULL BE SCAMMED read more

Optometrist was kind and very pleasant to speak to, however the staff are very unprofessional and they slack off when the doctor isn't looking or in the same room. One of the girl who helped adjust my glasses told me my face was crooked and that's why my glasses don't sit right on my face... seriously WTF!!??!? If that wasn't enough I mention the temple tips of my side was causing me pain and she refused to accept my claim and disregard the whole thing all together. Dr. Lovato is a great optometrist, I took my daughter there first, did all the necessary exams and she did need glasses. Took us over to one of her assistants and she explained to us all the options and extras we could get. The second time I went in for a yearly eye exam, the receptionist greeted me with a good morning, asked what she could help me with?, before I even greeted her back. The wait was an hour but only because there was a family of 4 ahead of me. The Dr. called me in went into the exam room, asked me a few questions and proceeded. She answered all my questions. I do need glasses ! Before the last exam, she explained she was going to dialate my pupils and that I was going to see blurry for a couple of hours. After, she took me over to choose my new glasses , after like 5-10 min she came back to check on me and see how I was doing and to see if I needed help with choosing some glasses. Really liked that she's there her patients. Told my mom about Dr. Lovato, and I think she'll be giving the office a call. read more

I have officially found my permanent optometrist! I have not found not only an optometrist, but a staff that treats me as great as here. First time here! I took my kid because his doctor recommended it and as I walked first impression I taught the waiting area was small but then I got called in and the Doctor Lovato was the best!! I loved how she treated my son had patience explain all to me and the way she interacted with him was great ! Overall me and my son had a great experience here though it's small the way the Dc. Sees and treats the patient was very good! Would recommend and would come back if needed. read more

Came in today to pick up my glasses I walked in nobody at desk When the reception came up to it... No greeting nothing...she started talking to a patient that was there prior to me No good morning sign in I'll be with you shortly nada The without looking at me, she just said do you have an appointment I said no I have to pick up frames She said sign in when I had signed in minutes ago On a sheet that said the 8.20.16 when today is the 22nd Waited close to 10 mins Another receptionist came out she said ok sign here and how will you be paying but she was quite nice Norma this star is for you and Dr Lovato You ladies were polite and personable As for the other girl which I why I wrote the review Your very rude you need to be courteous Specially since your a RECEPTIONIST...your the first person people see and you need to set the tone I'm sure you have it in you or if you don't you shouldn't work with people maybe behind the phone or something but not face to face Your interaction was horrible for a young lady a receptionist and more certainly any professional Take pride in your JOB make people want to come back because of you ENJOY what you do have a good one hope this helps and for the next time MSLOVATO and NORMA I look forward to seeing you ladies soon! Came here to fill my mom's eyewear prescription. I was very annoyed by their lack of professionalism and customer service. When you have a sign on the door indicating your hours of operation, you should adhere to them. Hours M-F are 9-6pm, closed from 1-2 for lunch. Arrived before 1:00 and closed sign was already out. When 2:00 came around... no one to be found. It is now 2:45 and still no one here. Will never come here again!!!!! read more

Great customer service! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted. They're really organized and know how to schedule their patients because they knew of my arrival and attended me promptly. They really do care for their patients health and take time to review your health history. I'm currently pregnant and guided me through the safest and best options for me.
