Inexperienced staff and HORRIBLE return policy. Bought the second choice shoes this Saturday. Asked clerk if I found the ones I liked if I could return. He said absolutely. Returned two hours later to be told despite having the shoes for two hours and being told I could return that their return policy same day/unworn or not is store credit only. I would like to say I will never shop there again but I have a gift card now that I have no choice but to spend. I would not recommend. I bought the same shoes in different color at Eagle eye for cheaper with a better overall staff experience and a more up to date realistic return policy. I hate posting poor reviews but this is a poor out of date return policy. You can buy any of these shoes at multiple places with same if not better price with a better return policy. read more

After a visit to the Podiatrist and a shot in my foot, I was advised to invest in a pair of On Cloud or Hoka brand shoes. While passing through Dothan, I saw a billboard advertising Love 2 Run and the On Cloud shoe. Being that I'm new to both brands, it was a thought to drop in. Love 2 Run carries just Hoka and On Cloud shoes. Robert assisted us along with two other associates. The shoe selection was large and the staff definitely had great knowledge or each type. From the moment I walked through the doors, I enjoyed my running shoe purchasing experience at "Love 2 Run". I found the store to be incredibly clean and well laid out. Additionally, I enjoyed the mural at the entrance which included ACOM, my medical school. Also, it smelt really nice when we first walked in so whoever is on candle/essential oil duty at the store is doing a grade A job. Ethan, one of the star employees, made this shoe experience easy and fun. Ethan helped me measure my feet and emailed me a copy of my feet dimensions. I mentioned to him a few shoes I've tried and failed at as well as a few shoes I had in mind. Right off the bat, Ethan was quick to make the right choice for me despite my indecisiveness. He told me that the Brooks Ghost Max were going to be the right fit for my feet and for the purpose of why I needed to use these shoes. Although he had his mind made up, he happily continued to humor me by letting me try on 4 other pairs of shoes. Ethan pointed out that I could run in the Brooks Ghost Max before I left the store so I hopped on the treadmill that they have in the back of the store and ran a half mile to be really sure. Ethan was even kind enough to offer me a few running tips! Love 2 Run offers a military discount as well. I happily bought my shoes and was informed that they do have a return policy if I end up not liking them, which made me feel much easier about my decision since I just had to return the On Cloud Cloudmonster 1's that I bought from On Cloud's website after 2 days of use because they hurt my toes. I would give this place a Zero. I went in to buy two pair of HOKA shoes. The store had 3 customers including me, and no one acknowledged my presence or asked if they could help. I walked up to two of the store personnel (who were both waiting on one customer) with a HOKA display shoe in my hand and one employee walked to the cash register with the customer and the other walked into the "employees only" area by himself.
