The correct health certificate showed that she bilateral Luxating Patella. The breeder turns out to be a notorious puppy mill in Missouri. The owner promised me a formal letter stating that he would take care of any costs relating to BLP but nothing yet. That was 4 months ago. He doesn't respond to my texts. I frankly don't want to talk to him. Additionally my 6 mo. old mini poodle has 12 teeth extracted. If you want a healthy puppy stay away from any puppy store especially Heavenly Puppies.

Every detail was spot on: from the even trim around his face to the neat paws and perfectly shaped tail. He looked like a show dog by the time she was done! What really impressed me was how patient and kind she was with Bleu. He can be a little unsure during grooming, but she took her time, made sure he was comfortable, and treated him with so much care.
