Parking and walking was easy. We bypassed the crowd by arriving about 10 minutes before the start of the show, so both the line to check-in and the bar were short. As others have mentioned, there is a metal detector at check-in and there is a size limit on bag size. The ushers were super helpful and I was surprised to see they had booster seats, which I hadn't considered brining. I am glad they offer them, it came in handy. The show itself was fantastic. The costumes were lovely, the screenplay was humorous, and the performances were all solid. We're not season ticket holders but are considering it for the future. Our daughter loved the show.

Upon arriving, part of what I liked was that the theatre definitely gave off Arizona vibes with its Native American architecture. We sat at the upper level. Another thing I like is that it's an intimate theater. This means you'll have a good view pretty much from anywhere you sit, including in the back which is where we were. The seats are reasonably comfortable and we enjoyed the performance. During the intermission, I got a local beer which was reasonably priced for an event venue. All-in-all, a great experience. One can sit very close to the artists, whether the concert is in the Plaza Palomino courtyard or in the adjoining indoor venue (the latter is great on hot summer nights, since it's air conditioned). This results in a far better experience than at larger venues. There almost always is a free raffle for a CD from the performers. Occasionally other prizes are given out as well. Who doesn't like a freebie? If you buy your ticket in advance there's a $3 savings. Every bit helps! We've been attending Rhythm & Roots concerts for years and plan to continue for many years. Tickets are generally $47/seat (2024-25) and all seats are general admission unless you're a subscriber, in which case you get assigned seats. Note 90% of the seats are sold out to subscribers so few remain on wknds for individual purchase. Also ALL the best seats (again 90% of the house) go to subscribers. GA folks get the ends and the back rows only. Arrive 30 min before showtime and you'll get a decent GA seat. But know this too: there are truly no bad seats in this house. The "back row" would be 9th row in any other venue... that's phenomenal. And the stadium rise is steep enough that you'll never be obstructed by the tall person directly in front of you :) Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Parking in their large free lot is a sweet bonus.
