I was recently perusing the Kenwood store and suddenly fell in love with a pair of shoes. Yes,…read moreladies, you know how it happens. All of a sudden you see a pair of shoes and you just have to have them. I tried to get several sales associates' attention to see if they had them in my size, yet no one seemed to want to help me (hence, docking one star). It may have just been my perception, but the sales associates seemed to be more interested in helping the older customers than me (my attire of yoga pants and a sweatshirt probably didn't exude money). If they were crazy busy, I'd understand- but that didn't seem to be the case. Finally, a younger, sweet employee said she could help me. I wish I remembered her full name, I just remember that it started with an H. Of course, they didn't have any shoes left in my size in the store. She searched online and the surrounding stores, with no luck. Saddened, I figured it just wasn't meant to be. This awesome sales associate then went above and beyond by calling corporate. She said they can search all stores in the country for my size. Cha-ching! A store in Virginia had the last pair in the country in my size. She was able to get them shipped to me free of charge- and allowed me to use my $20 off a purchase of $80 or more coupon! I left an incredibly satisfied customer. I've already worn my shoes twice :).

This store has egregious customer service. My wife has spend hundreds of dollars here. Today, we…read moretried to return her very first return item, and we were informed that the store couldn't accept it as we were beyond the return limit...by two days. The dress has not been worn nor tags removed. There was not even an offer for exchange. It was simply "I'm sorry" followed by blank stare. Was the store correct by policy, yes. Was the policy in the best interest of satisfying future returning customers, no. The good news is that there are so many good stores in Kenwood mall that we don't have to go far to make up for the removal of this store from our target shopping locations.

For my appointment, I had the last one of the day on a Wednesday and I was the only bride trying on dresses. They had quite a selection of dresses to try on and most were what I was looking for. The bridal stylist I worked with was Brigitta who was very patient and wonderful. She worked with me to understand what I liked in a dress and if I was not liking a feature. She took my opinion into consideration especially when out in front of my family I brought who had loud opinions. Online and from what I found, the dresses were all under $2,000 just as advertised. I unfortunately did not get my dress here but would definitely recommend this shop.

It's a great spot to shop at the start of a new season or for an upcoming vacation. I've been going for years and years. About a year ago, they did a major reorganization of the store and it's now more open and organized than before. I will admit that you have to search for hidden gems as the items do have the potential to be damaged, but I love scoring those good deals, so it's worth it to me. The staff are always friendly and parking is a breeze since the store is in a plaza with a big lot. They have huge sales and a good texting program that alerts you of sales and sends coupons straight to your phone.

I HAD to check it out while I was in town because I LOVE a great deal. And I found some! I got a pair of Express dress pants for $12 and Ashley Stewart knit top for $8. I also got some primer for my eyeshadow for $2. There were so many things that I could have bought including cheaply priced, name brand bras, underwear, lingerie, shirts, sweaters, coats, anything that you can think of. I didn't have enough room in my carry on bag to buy like I wanted to but the clothes were in good shape and they looked brand new! Next time I come to visit, I'll bring an empty suitcase :-) It's important to know that if you buy anything at DFW, all sales are final. There are no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges so you better be sure that you want it before you buy it!

This is a smaller Kohl's than you'll find elsewhere…read more Although I'm not a regular Kohl's shopper and have rarely stepped inside one. This is where I do some of my Amazon returns and for that they serve their purpose. But they are so slow moving. Even though there has never been more than a couple of people in the whole store when I've been there. I can walk back to the back of the store to do an Amazon return, wait in line for a ridiculous amount of time and then as I'm leaving see the same 2 people waiting in the check out line that was there when I walked in. The rest of the store is lacking. The selection of clothing, shoes and purses that I've checked out were not worth more than a cursory look. The 3 stars is because it is a convenience to be able to do Amazon returns a few blocks from home.

The staff didn't usually greet customers as they are always stocking items the few times I have been in. I was able to find what I was looking for. Often the same item may be in several locations in the store so it's about being patient and taking your time to look for the sizes you need. They have a variety of sizes including plus. They carry shoes, purses, under garments as well. I think there are also girls sizes there. I found my size and waited in line to make my purchase. Although there are usually several people working, there is only one on the register so it makes for long lines when it doesn't need to be. One customer wanted a discount so it touch longer for her to register for the text program. When I got through, the person rang me up. The experience was uneventful. Not poor customer service and not great either. I will return due to the items and prices that I like. They could would in getting customers and interaction overall. I was happy with the items that I purchased.

Busty ladies who hate underwire: they have the best wireless bras that work just as well as underwire.
