It's started off bad when we tried to enter from the mall, where we had been looking around. We had to leave the building, walk around to the door outside and then go back the way we came in order to get back to our car. It looks completely closed from inside the mall. If you didn't know better you'd think that this was another shuttered store in this declining mall. The lighting is so low that it almost looks closed when you walk in. It's way too low! When looking for clothing who wants lighting as low as a dark bar? And it's like that in the dressing room too. The air conditioning was nearly non existent. I was sweating within a few minutes. Everyone around us was complaining about the temperature of the store. It was unbearable! Because of the temperature in the store and the very low lighting I had to leave. My daughter and I just couldn't take it anymore. And it was only in the low 70s outside. It's as if they don't want shoppers in there. Most of the racks are very close together. Some so close that you cannot navigate them at all. I'm not a large person and yet I couldn't look at some of the racks of blouses and sweaters. The racks were just so close together! I can't imagine if someone heavier or with a cane wanted to look at the clothing here. The dressing room is another issue. It smells pretty bad. Like dirty people. It needs a good disinfecting. The stools need replaced because they are a big reason the dressing rooms smell. It's a pretty foul odor. And the temperature in there?! So incredibly hot! People were getting frustrated in there. Complaining about the temperature. Mix the heat with the smell and I was feeling nauseous. The first time I came here I found a dress that I really like and had been looking for that style. But the experience was bad enough I didn't want to return. Since my daughter and I were looking for dresses for a couple of special occasions we have coming up - we decided to give them another shot. This last visit will be the last visit. The very low lighting, the unbearable temperature, the racks pushed too close together while be jammed tightly with too much inventory per rack, and smelly dressing rooms make it impossible to comfortably shop here. So... we didn't buy anything. I just don't think this store wants customers in there. Too bad! Because my daughter and I like clothing shopping - especially if we can get a good brand for a good price. Oh well.

But when I do a little browsing, I've found that I can get my hands on some awesome summer dresses. Some fitted at the bust, and other that or float and look good with a belt. I'm always in need of things that are sleeveless! I've also had luck with finding some great pants and shorts. They've had comfortable fits, really decent prices and I love their bright colors! What I like about this location is that they keep everything very organized. They always have Korean face masks in the beauty center and so that's where I stock up the most. They've done a really good job in displaying spotlight items at the front of the store when you walk in because they've definitely got me a couple times where I grab what they displayed and buy it haha. Marshalls is a good place if you don't mind spending your time walking around and browsing through stuff. Lots of good stuff in the clearance section too!

T J Maxx feels better than Ross or Marshalls and while it doesn't quite have a dignified air, shopping for scraps (oops, bargains!) can be fruitful. They've become better over the whole chain but I found this one to be inconsistent in its offerings, feeling more like Goodwill than a liquidation store. Maybe, that's just success, and they've sold more. It's just difficult to believe I didn't find anything interesting at all.

I saw what appeared to be some cute tanks in the window at DOTS so I stopped in Here's what I like about the store: 1. Cheap prices 2. Trendy items 3. Cheaply made clothing To be honest, DOTS is a lot like Forever 21, you can find some cute items if you spend hours scouring the racks...but don't expect those items to last past one or two wears. If you're looking for cheap and trendy clothes that don't need to stand the test of time, I'd recommend DOTS. I did walk away with one uniquely cut black tank top for $12, so you can find some good items in the store! Another note: DOTS features a pretty decently sized Plus size section, something that Forever 21 and other "trendy" stores do not. Points for them!

At this particular location, it is so smart that that they have activities to keep little ones busy built into the register area. It is so much easier to pay when children are otherwise busy. Well stocked, especially on Black Friday. They were also the second cleanest store we visited that day. First place went to their sister store Oshkosh. These two stores seem to be being well managed. They were clearly prepared for the holiday shopping rush. Points may be earned through their rewards program. The program is good at Carter's, Oshkosh and Skip Hop. One point is earned for every dollar spent.

I was just in there two days ago. I used it and they did not ID me nowhere in the handbook. Does it say that you need a ID and this is the roses store, Cincinnati, Ohio North Hill and I will be calling my lawyer so if it's a star less than one, it will be zero that's why they won't get it right for me.
