This is a smaller Kohl's than you'll find elsewhere. Although I'm not a regular Kohl's shopper and have rarely stepped inside one. This is where I do some of my Amazon returns and for that they serve their purpose. But they are so slow moving. Even though there has never been more than a couple of people in the whole store when I've been there. I can walk back to the back of the store to do an Amazon return, wait in line for a ridiculous amount of time and then as I'm leaving see the same 2 people waiting in the check out line that was there when I walked in. The rest of the store is lacking. The selection of clothing, shoes and purses that I've checked out were not worth more than a cursory look. Wow the only word to describe this location is sparse. From the outside it looks like a normal Kohls, but inside it is extremely outdated with very little selection of items in all departments. Ive been to various locations and this just doesnt even look like a Kohls. I had an expiring reward and was in the area so decided to check it out, but did not find anything and I do not think I would come back to this location. While this may be one of the smaller Kohls in the area the customer service I experienced goes unmatched to any shopping experience I've received in maybe ever. I was by the holiday clearance area looking for babys first Christmas items as I found out I was going to become a grandmother for the first time. Sonja took me under her wing and together we created some wonderful gift combinations. Although the Holiday Gifts were pretty much picked over. She helped me find other things I would never have thought of but I know my Daughter and Son- In-law are going to love. i really felt like I was shopping with a friend rather than following a store employee. The main reason I come to this Kohl's is for Amazon returns. It is SO convenient! You don't have to package it up. Just bring the item(s) with the QR code that Amazon sends you by email. Easy peasy! Plus, they give you a coupon to save a bit if you want to shop. read more

Quite good for quick shopping visits. It's a smaller store than a regular Kohl's and so, some of the stuff may not be available. Having said that, quite neat and clean. The staff is quite good and helpful. No issues there. Conveniently located - very close to Ronald Reagan Highway, there is a Kroger and a Target nearby, a couple of gas stations nearby and also a few restaurants. read more

Don't get me wrong. This Kohl's is by far the cleanest, most organized, and easiest to navigate Kohl's I have ever been to. If that was all I was evaluating, this location would get five stars. So why the three star rating? This location is also the smallest in terms of square footage. Small store means less merchandise/ options. Someone told me that Kohl's is moving too smaller stores. The idea is that if one doesn't see what they want, they may go to one of the kiosks located in the store, and order it from the Kohl's.com. If one orders at a kiosk in the store they get free shipping. If I am going to a brick-and-mortar store it is because I want to leave with the item I am looking for. I could order online from the comfort of my own home. My other reason for three stars is the lack of customer service and available employees. There were several people behind the registers, one custodian and another pulling site to store orders. So if the registers are full, there is nobody to help customers on the floor. When I went to Kohl's I had low expectations but boy they were too high. 1. The clothes are so outdated it felt I was in 2012 2. It was so awkwardly quiet and I felt like all eyes were on me 3. I had an awful time shopping here! The clothes are so outdated when I walked in I thought it was a joke! These types of clothes would never be in a store like Target or American Eagle or any other store that sells teen clothing! The juniors section had clothes that looked a nine year old would wear them not a teen. No teenagers my age would ever wear them! I was in Cincinnati last Friday night for a wedding a college girl friend was getting married the next day. I stopped in Kohl's in Blue Ash the store was extremely Hottttt . The customer service rep Lisa S came from behind the counter and went above and beyond the call of duty. I showed her the dress shoe that I had and explained to her that I needed a dress, not only did she help me find the perfect color/ fitted dress but also the perfect necklace/ earrings/ purse/ bracelet. I wish I had listened to the reviews before wasting my incredibly limited time driving out to this Kohl's. Limited selection and the store wasn't consistent with the brand that I normally love. I can usually blow about 2 hours on a decent Kohl's run, and I was in and out of this store in less than 5 minutes. To reiterate: it took me less than 5 minutes to do a lap of the entire store and browse the sections I normally love. Don't waste your time, drive to a real Kohl's. read more

I walked out of this Kohl's this morning after having no luck finding anyone to help me reach bras that were hung on a hook that was 7 feet or more above the floor. I intended to buy 3 but I couldn't reach them. I soon learned that the store manager had decided to hold a meeting with all of her staff in the front of the store. She preceded to share news, positive and negative comments, and to crack jokes while I, and several customers, walked around waiting for help. Nearly a half an hour later I walked out as did 3 other women and 2 men. While I waited for help, I looked for Chaps brand but there were no signs (and no one to ask) to indicate it is still being sold by Kohl's. I have encountered the reach problem before in other Kohl's stores. They should hang one high for display but put the rest within customer reach. After recent price increases and a rude check out person a the Florence, KY store, I am done with Kohl's. read more
