Her skill set includes image set up, proper lighting, images that tell a story, taking charge of large group photos with incredible tact, and looking for the small details that make a good image even better. While doing my search, I found that her pricing was a tad bit higher than the other photographers, but her reviews were much better so we went with her and we were not disappointed. She was definitely worth every single penny. During our maternity shoot, she made me feel extremely comfortable. I normally don't like my picture taken, and I thought the whole thing would be super awkward but Tiffany made it an easy and fun experience. During our newborn shoot, our daughter was just over a week old. My boyfriend kept calling Tiffany the baby whisperer because every time our daughter started to get fussy, Tiffany was able to calm her down instantly. She had great photo ideas and lots of props to choose from. She also had a nice seating area for us to sit in and watch the session with snacks and drinks. It was definitely a great atmosphere. Bay photo price online is $220.00 ( FYI: you do not need to be a photographer to order from Bay Photo) That is a $760.00 PROFIT on just one! Because I called her out she lowered price to $406.04 but then proceeded to raise the price on the others. She quoted 75.00 each but when invoiced I was charged 84.00 Each. Again you can buy these yourself online at Bay Photo for 22.00 each. But Maria will not release your pictures to you! It's insane! I have found out since then that there are many amazing photographers in Clearwater Florida who do photos at Honeymoon Island and their price of $375.00-450.00 INCLUDES ALL YOUR HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGES!!!!! During what felt like a very emotional, high-pressure sales presentation, I made a financial decision that I regretted almost immediately. I agreed to purchase a USB containing all of my son's photos after being told that, following a deposit and five additional payments of $289, I would receive the images. After leaving the session, I realized the purchase was not financially responsible for me and called the company on July 1st to cancel the order. At that point, I had not received any products, digital files, or anything tangible from Cady Studios. Fast forward nearly a year later to June 6th, and I was shocked to discover that Cady Studios charged my account $289 three separate times on the same day. When I called customer service, I was told that payment plans cannot be canceled. That policy was never clearly explained during the sales presentation. Had I known that I would be locked into a payment plan with no ability to cancel--even before receiving any product--I never would have agreed to it. What makes this especially frustrating is that I never received the USB or any product from the company. Most businesses allow some form of cancellation, return, or refund policy. You can return a vehicle purchase under certain circumstances, and many local businesses offer satisfaction guarantees. Yet Cady Studios expects customers to continue paying for a product they haven't even received. This experience feels incredibly unfair and misleading. The sales tactics, lack of transparency regarding cancellation policies, and unwillingness to work with a customer who attempted to cancel almost immediately have left me extremely disappointed. In my experience, customer satisfaction seems to take a back seat to collecting payment. I would strongly encourage parents to thoroughly read every contract and ask detailed questions before committing to any purchase with this company.
