Empath 101 Class Empath 101 was a fascinating class where I was able to learn more about my energy and how to protect it. During this class I was given tools on how to protect myself around toxic people and crowds, participated in various activities of physically "seeing" energy, and I was even able to see my own aura. Erin came highly recommended from a friend of mine. I live in Alaska and since I was planning a trip to SF anyway, I decided to reach out and see if we could schedule some sessions together. From our initial communications and even before we met, I felt an instant and warm connection with her. Erin has this joyful, passionate, vibrant, loving, and caring quality about her. I love this center and Erin is truly amazing. I took her 8 week Chakra course with a dear friend and it was invaluable. I have such a better understanding of how to heal myself through understanding the different Chakras.
