It was a breeze checking in and ahhh the liability waiver at the front. It was a sweet space with see through window from the lobby. I brought my baby boy and he had an absolute blast crawling around and meeting little ones like himself. The yoga session was perfectly tailored for moms and Meredith was so accommodating with different yoga poses, making sure we breathed in and out, holding my baby at one point since he started fussing, and giving position adjustments. The practice was very calming and I loved the flow. The other moms were so sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend this class to any new moms, it was so energizing and comforting!

My friend recommended I try a Yin yoga class to work on flexibility. I just restarted Class Pass…read moreand saw this studio has this type of yoga class. I took it on a Thursday night, before doing my 3 shifts in a row (they were extra challenging so I'm glad I did this beforehand). I loved having to hold the positions longer to really stretch. I'm not used to slowing down in life so I thought I might be getting bored but it's something I need to work on. The class was so relaxing I almost fell asleep three times. The studio was calming and there was ample space for us yogis. I did have to ask the instructor Valeryia what equipment I needed and couldn't hear her that well during the practice, but I'm sure it was inspirational.

(This review is only for the V3 location)…read more I can't believe I haven't written a review yet! I've been a member for over a year and had switched over from a different pilates studio. I was impressed with the reformer machines and everything was always so clean. What sold me was the 60 class deal. It was much more affordable than what I was paying at the other studio. I love having the flexibility to sign up for classes when I have time. I was even able to bring my hubby with me to class (text to arrange an extra booking) Bookings done on the MINDBODY app. I believe new classes get posted every 2 weeks. If a class is full, join the waitlist! There's a high chance you'll eventually get in! My favorite instructor is Kimi- she's clear with instructions, gently corrects our posture when we're a little off and challenges us. She also offers modifications depending on our comfort level. If you like extra spicy classes, definitely book Kylie's classes!! Vennu is more than just another pilates studio- they host fun events and the community is really welcoming. Follow them on Instagram for latest updates and special events!

Everything went well until they charge me again 4 months later. I texted the owner about it, no replied. I called them back to back. It took them awhile to answer my call. I was told they will refund my money back to my credit card. I've been waiting for couple days to see the return. Still no refund or pending refund. I had to call my credit card to dispute the charge. There was a comment from a past customer saying if you get on the owner bad side she will terminated your account. She was right. All my remaining 35 + passes that I haven't use yet are no longer on my account. I have to take a loss. I feel like it a waste of time reaching out about it. What's the point when she will remove my passes again. Parking was not too difficult to find considering it was mid day on a weekday. All meter parking outside costed $1.50 per hour. Studio was clean and had a relaxing vibe. Locker room was bright and clean, with 2 showers and plenty of lockers. The instructor is the one who checks people in at the front counter. Ashley was friendly and I loved that she provided demos to us throughout the class. Great first experience with CorePower and I look forward to trying out their other yoga classes offered!

totally understand the no phones rule but clearly nobody follows that rule, so being called out for…read moresimply having my phone (wasn't even using it) was very hypocritical of the instructor. I'm already self conscious going to class and she made me not want to return. It's my first time at this studio so I'm not entirely familiar with the flow, it was 6:30 (end of class) and people were cleaning up and stretching and i'm thinking "okay i'm guessing we're skipping shavasna due to the time" so i started to head out and as soon as i stand up with my mat , she turns the lights off. and then proceeds to call me out for leaving during shavasna. What a weird feeling, to feel embarrassment after such a good workout. But class was great and her flow was good other than the passive aggression at the end.
