Justin was quick to reply when this was possibly a small job of replacing a few panels. Unfortunately for me once he pulled the boards he found mold under the flooring that required the entire kitchen be refloored. Justin was great about helping me identify replacement flooring. He did meticulous and conscientious work, doing everything he could to ensure that this type of damage won't occur if there is ever another leak. When he found rot to the actual underfloor in he took it in stride and did a great job of making that repair as well.
