I went through him to get my medical card and yes, you do have to pay before your appointment and it's $205. I don't know where people are getting these crazy numbers of it costing way more than that, but it doesn't. Everything is done remotely. Everything was super smooth and there weren't any issues at all. I got my medical card the following day, even though it can take up to 30 days. Everything was super short, simple, and to the point. I never had an issue with Rachel, she has always been pleasant to deal with. I actually got my fiancé set up with an appointment, and he had the same great experience as I did. We even called him back and had a chemical eval done for court and they were just as thorough and pleasant as the first time. I've recommended them to several people.
