He said the shaver seemed to get stuck in his hair. He ended up having to go to Jean Paul Salon to get it improved - cut was so bad it couldn't be fixed. I've attached a photo of the cut pre Jean Paul. It doesn't show the bald patch on his crown... I don't like leaving such a bad review and maybe there are some good stylists at this place, but wanted to let people know they should definitely do their homework on finding a stylist before just booking a cut here.

Another lady came up said $20 was fine. Well, you just collected your tip. No, I am not going to pay extra for a straighting up of 1/4 to 1/2 inch. It was not a style or cut. Not again. Ask how much anything might be in advance. Not good business practice to do that .

It took 3.5 hours and I couldn't even get to the pedicure since they were closing in 10 minutes. Thankfully I called the very friendly staff and they provided a full refund. I'm sure their hair experience is much better but I just don't think they should offer nail services after my visit here.
