There were problems with music for important dances, microphones, lighting, transitions, timing, and coordination. My children had practiced for months, and it was heartbreaking to see important moments affected by these problems. IMPORTANT WARNING: We also discovered serious concerns regarding the business and insurance paperwork provided to us before the event. The insurance documentation we received raised questions about whether it actually corresponded to him and/or his business. I strongly recommend that anyone considering hiring him independently verify the insurance certificate, business registration, and all vendor documents directly with the issuing companies before making any payment. We trusted him with one of the most important days of our daughter's life, and unfortunately that trust was not met with the professionalism we expected. Thankfully, other vendors and our MC/choreographer worked extremely hard to help save important moments of the celebration. To add on to our experience multiple songs on our "must play list" were never played and each time we approached the DJ the response was "we still have 3 hours" it wasn't until the last hour of our party that the DJ decided to tell us he did not have wifi ... this is something we could have easily fixed also something we offered before the beginning of the party. All the DJ seemed to know to say to our guests, bride and groom when they had a request was "I have a contract you signed" a contract that also included specific instructions from the bride and groom of the songs that were essential to be played and he didn't seem to care about that then. Not to mention that at one point he completely stopped the music when switching songs.... the party ended with one of our guests connecting their phones .. quite ridiculous considering the amount of money they charge.
