Will not be going again ever!! last time we got her hair cut it was only $45.00 for a hair cut and $50.00 for a bath. They didn't even trim the hair from her ears. They way the cut the shape of her ears is not even the same on each side. So not only did I pay 100.00 dollars for a hair cut I have to re trim her ears myself. The lady laughed in our face and would not refund us the other half. I told them a week in advance I only wanted a hair cut. And was still charged for a bath with the price. I didn't feel well and I just wanted to go close to my house. She started cutting and he started screaming. I kept asking her if he's OK or bleeding she said he doesn't like his nails cut. I will never take him back there. I think she was being way too rough with a 10 pound Chihuahua . Like I said, he goes in and gets his nails cut other places and doesn't cry or make any noise. They said it is a pet friendly cleaner - this is not stated on the Fabuloso website. Staff did not seem concerned about my dog's reaction which turned into an infection, spent $200+ for emergency vet to get allergy meds and antibiotics. My dog didn't move for 2 days and it was painful for her to walk and go outside. Called this location 3 separate times talking to different people about the issue, there was no concern for my dog's condition, empathy or calls to follow-up. I'm new in town and this was my first time using a facility - very disappointed.

We've even done the white wash or white special because our dog is 95% white and he looks so good when he is done there. When we got him back, he was shaved all over including the top of his head, ears, and tail - No custom cut as requested. They did not give him a summer cut leaving the top of his hair, ears, or tail. This is so unacceptable. I'm not sure if the groomer did not want to take the necessary time to scissor those areas or what. They then had the audacity to bill my husband $120 which sound like the platnium price for a poodle which should have includes a custom hair cut; however, all they did was shaved/butched him and did not provide the custom cut as requested. He did not look like my same dog when we received him back.

They have biscuits, frosted cookies, dog food, bandanas, harnesses, collars, and other pet related items that were reasonably priced. The groomers is located in the back of the store. Saw a few cute dogs wondering the store. I picked out some long rawhides and a cute daisy cookie for my dog, which she loved!. I also signed up for their rewards program. They send out an email that has all the deals and events happening that week/during the month.
