We took our little girl for her first time haircut which can be very stressful for puppies. Lisa made it simple and very comfortable for her. Our puppy was able to roam around and feel at home while having her hair cut. Lisa is very warm and welcoming. The boutique itself is clean and doesn't smell bad like other places. Also she thankfully does NOT use cage dryers which is a huge deal for me! Cage dryers are super dangerous. Google it at your own risk. I am writing this review in regards to the woman who I just witnessed come out and address two…read morefamilies in the parking lot. She is either the owner or one of the staff members. There is a sylvan learning center next door and two families you could see were visibly dropping their kids/grandkids off to the center. She came out extremely hostile, one of the grandparents who looks to be at minimum 70 years old. She came out yelling at him and he didn't realize what was going on and she became very irate pointing at a sign on the door that said Parking reserved for Barbs k9 cuts. She went as far as to go up the older gentleman yelling at the top of her lungs shooing him and the other young lady to move there cars. There were no other cars coming in to park at her location. I would also like to point out that the two families were of African American descent but she did not request the other car to move who had a white family in it. I hope this was not racially motivated however, I can not leave out those details. I would never use or suggest this business. She was absolutely horrible.
