The groomer said she would have something printed for me on the day of the visit but instead of doing this, she flashed me something on her cell phone. I asked for the best groomer, one that would take especially good care since my dog is pretty nervous and that's what I got. I explained when I scheduled appointment on phone technician stated the September 27 was a Thursday, I looked back at my white board and thats what was written on it. I told technician that could be there in 5 minutes. I was told 'NO". I asked to reschedule and Four Seasons Animal Hospital made me aware that there was a $25 dollar no show fee. I once again asked If I could come now, it would only take me 5 minutes. Once aging I was told "No". Since September, 2022 I have been receiving invoices for $25. Now they have started adding fees on to the invoice. Increasing the $25 fee. I have taken 5 of my pets (past or present) to Four Seasons Animal Hospital for over the past 7 years and never been late or missed an appointment. I have been receiving there mailers that my pets annual physical is overdue. Four Seasons Animal Hospital is more concerned about a $25 dollar fee than my pets wellbeing this should be a red flag to anyone who would take there pets there for health services. Four Seasons Animal Hospital never made an attempt to resolve this issue. As an existing client that has never missed or was late a compromise could of been splitting the $25 fee. Instead they just hid behind there invoices and mailers. They probably don't care maybe think customer will continue to take there pets there because of the inconvenience of switching veterinarians. I have since taken my pet to another clinic. This veterinarian clinic is clean, has state of art equipment and are very good with my pets. And when it comes to cost for similar annual vaccines and lab test are more than 30% less expensive. I saved more than 25$ in cost during my first visit to new pet clinic. Lets all be real its not the $25 that is the reason I refuse to go back to Four Seasons Animal Hospital, its the customer service, lack of communication and the cost of services. I will admit I am sacrificing the convince of the proximity to my home but I had to weigh all factors.

There is a sylvan learning center next door and two families you could see were visibly dropping their kids/grandkids off to the center. She came out extremely hostile, one of the grandparents who looks to be at minimum 70 years old. She came out yelling at him and he didn't realize what was going on and she became very irate pointing at a sign on the door that said Parking reserved for Barbs k9 cuts. She went as far as to go up the older gentleman yelling at the top of her lungs shooing him and the other young lady to move there cars. There were no other cars coming in to park at her location. I would also like to point out that the two families were of African American descent but she did not request the other car to move who had a white family in it. I hope this was not racially motivated however, I can not leave out those details. I would never use or suggest this business. She was absolutely horrible.
