I parked in your love, park location and was unable to exit the garage. There were two payment kiosk machines in the lobby. One side of the kiosk was inoperable, the other kiosk machine did not take cash and would not allow me to make payment. I press the button for help and spoke with a customer service rep who informed me that I can check out at the gate and pay cash with the office. When I got downstairs to the gate, there was a gentleman standing at the gate. I explained to him what happened upstairs at the kiosk he said I would need to speak with the manager for me to park and go inside and speak with the manager. I explained to him that my feet was killing me. They were swollen and that I would be painful. He said no problem. I will get the manager to come out to you. I sat there. The manager did not come instead. I press the help button after about 3 to 5 minutes at which time I spoke to someone who said they were gonna call into the office and when she came back to speak with me, the lady who had answered on the help button, she stated that the manager said I need to go walk to a store and get a prepaid card so that I can check out of the Garage. I explained to her that that will be impossible for me to do as well because my feet and ankles were extremely swollen. I was not gonna walk to a store, and I was given this information by one of your customer service reps at the kiosk in the hallway and that was unfair to me to have to sit there with cash in my hand, attempting to get out and still could not . While I was speaking to the customer service representative, a woman in a white car pulls up and she said that her name was Fatima to the lay on the help button told the person on the kiosk to hang up that she will handle it. She she stated to me, she didn't know who the man was that had answered up in the lobby when I pressed the help button, but I need to use a card or I can't get out. I explain to her that he told me to come downstairs that I will be able to pay cash she stated that there was a sign when you enter the garage that says this is a cash, only garage assign in which I did not see upstairs on the kiosk, there are slots for cash, which gives the frozen impression that the machine takes cash. When I spoke with the customer service rep. He stated that I can pay cash downstairs since the machine the only operable machine was not taken my cash this inconvenience and misinformation cost me about 30 minutes of my life sitting there going from upstairs attempting to use the machine to downstairs walking to get my car going to the gate and then being told that I cannot get out so I sat there until I figured it out, I had an emergency card which I never use so I was able to use that to get out. To add insult to injury, the app was not working this morning, so I had to get a ticket and upon paying for the ticket it charged me $26 instead of the normal $19 that he charges me every day. My wife and I park here once per year! When we come to the Philly Christmas Market, and Reading Terminal Market. This place is mostly located under love park in central Philly. It is hard to find the entrance... It is 1 block north on cherry street in the middle of the block! Unless you know where it is, it is hard to find... And the street signs here aren't helpful at all! Parking here is a tad bit confusing as well... If you stay close to the entrance, that is where the elevator is to the exit inside the park. It is a fairly clean parking lot, there is the odd paper / trash here and there, but nothing major. It is an unstaffed parking garage!!!!! They recommend using the app, an boy oh boy is it hard to use... my wife wants to kill me every year hahaha!!! Luckily we live 2 hours away and it gives her plenty of time to learn it over and over again! All in all we park here because of the location and the discount we get from the app... So if you are doing anything here or within a block or 2 its worth it. read more

This garage was listed on the website of the Philadelphia Flower Show for 2023 as "ADA Compliant."  This is only true for the first three levels of the lot, as we discovered when we entered the lot.  Since the top 3 floors were fully occupied (and we saw the elevator lobbies on each level as we proceeded down), we sent down to 4 (the bottom level).  After finding a wheelchair accessible spot and getting everyone out of the car, we discovered to our horror that the elevator stopped at level 3.  I was accompanied by my 94 year old grandmother who uses a walker and cannot walk long distances, and my mother who uses a wheelchair. We were required to shlep ourselves and the wheelchair occupant up 2 steep ramps in order to get to the elevator lobby. My grandmother injured herself due to overexertion and needed the day to be shortened. You should plainly spell out that the lowest level of the garage is NOT accessible via elevator. I would be happy to update my review if I receive confirmation that this issue has been remedied. In the meantime, I guess they hope your legs work. read more

So random to review a parking garage....BUT here we go! I was told about the app Parking Panda to get deals on parking in the city and this is an amazing steal! We parked here overnight by booking ahead through the app (like one minute ahead of driving in) to pay only $12 for overnight versus their $28 regular price. Now what makes this parking garage amazing is not just the awesome deal, but that I was using Parking Panda for the first time and didn't scan it prior to getting a ticket. SO I was really happy that despite my mistake, the guy in the office was SUPER helpful in resolving the issue. I guess this stands out to me bc for one, there are usually only machines at these places and when you have an issue you end up havnig to suck it up and just pay more...and two...if there are people at the garages they are usually SO rude and act like you just asked them for their first born. So kudos to Steve (I think that was his name?) who helped me out today and was super friendly. read more

Excellent value for parking downtown for a few days - using iParkit app/website to pre-pay to park Fri-Mon. Came out to about 1/2 the regular price quoted elsewhere!! Well lit, nice elevator right up to the park - was great location for us, just a couple blocks from Aloft hotel. Highly recommend. read more

At least not during the Philadelphia Flower Show. Arrived after paying online for guaranteed parking spot. Came into the garage about 10:30 AM and found gridlock. Absolutely no spaces available and cars keep coming in. Only in attendent in the garage who was willing to leave the safety of the office. He was saying that there were no spaces on lower levels, and cars going up were coming down saying no spaces there either. Did something I have never done. So many cars parked against walls and other unorthodox places that I moved a cone from a construction area and parked. Guaranteed space my butt. I think they only hope you won't bother with the refund. Very aggravating experience. read more

Went online for the reserved parking to see the Philadelphia Flower Show. Arrived around 10:30, to find hopeless gridlock. No indication of any reserved parking, just happened to get a place by accident. What does reserved parking mean if there are no reserved spaces? People were circling for an hour trying to find a place. Why do they let people in when there are no spaces? This is a disgrace. read more
