I have never experienced any issues with the staff ever but noticed they have all been friendly. What's great about this pilot travel center is that you have options where to eat and right off the freeway, you can't miss it. There is a Wendy's, Subway, Dennys, Thai and a hotel nearby. Any time we make a pit stop, there's no complaints in the restrooms except the fact that their soaps are super high up. Who the heck is tall enough to be stretching their arms way up there in a different zone. Someone like me that's a normal average height at 4'11" can't reach it that well unless I tiptoe. All their stuff is always stocked and there's plenty of space to gas up. If you're traveling and need to take a shower, I always hear them say "number _ _ your shower is ready" so don't worry you can stop to use the restroom or take a shower. This Love's is located off of the freeway, so it's not out of the way. It's located in a convenient area so you can stop and grab your stuff, gas up and go. They also have air filling station just incase your tire pressure is low. The gas prices here weren't the cheapest but not like crazy expensive (was $3.34 when cheap rate was $3.14), plus the station pump machine was updated, and they have the convenience of tissue paper and a windscreen cleaner. The bathroom was really clean and well stocked, which was the most important thing for me next to filling up my tank. Take exit 153A onto Gateway Drive and the station is not too far from there. Getting back onto the station is also very easy, like a small detour and your back with 3 minutes into CA-99.

You can get propane here at the tank exchange, ice, fresh vegetables and cash checks. I have bought meat, hot food, cold beer etc never having any issues and the guys that run the store are pretty cool and friendly.
