Been coming here for the longest time, since 2017 I'd say. I've held these services in high regard considering this is one of, if not the only places that actually wash out the interior. However, I feel like in recent years, and especially now, it's lost its edge for me. Once again, I'm a huge fan of interior washing, but nowadays I tend to come back to find specific spots of dirt that remain even after paying $30 to have them removed. Despite everything, I absolutely love the attention to detail on the exterior and this location usually leaves me feeling happier about my car once more. Used coupon for wash and hand wax for 49.99 however they don't apply interior dressing anymore. The coupon is misleading and they will charge you an additional 8.00 dollars to do the inside. This is an fyi Be careful doing business at this establishment. I want to give them 3 1/2 stars however it won't allow , and the reason being is that, although the wash is good and they vacuum, but there's been a few times whenever I go, they never quite clean the windows or get all of the bug stuff off the front of the grill but they're very willing to if you tell them I just feel like I shouldn't have to tell them if I can see it I know they can see it. Not good!! Beware!! These people are crooks! The clerk at the gas station stole my Credit card by video or camera that is pointed on the card machine, within an hour of leaving the store my bank sent me a text with suspicious activity on my card, they were trying to buy playstation games. I reported it to the cops I called 76 Gas main office and I reported to the store manager Junior who thought I was someone else who complained to him about the same thing so I knew I wasn't the only person getting ripped off. Junior was trying his best to blow it off saying how do I know it was at this store and I can't prove anything, when I finish talking to him I was convinced he knew what was going on and he was a part of the whole racket. read more

I find it ridiculous to charge a .50 debit fee if the purchase is under 5 dollars. Tonight I purchased a 2 liter it came out to 4.38 the cashier added .50 cents so my purchase was just under 5 bucks. If you can't afford a machine without charging your customers .50 when your stuff is already expensive as hell why are you in business. And I work at gas station myself, we never charge a fee regardless. read more

I have been a monthly payee for 2 months now. They do a great job inside and out on my 2021 Jeep. Only problem I've had is a couple of their guys not being masked up. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE! It's May 30, 2019 and I just spent 45 minutes waiting for my car to be cleaned. It took 20 minutes just for them to drive it through the car wash area. There was nobody in front of me! There was only 1 car in the detail area! The 4 detail guys were so busy bullshitting with each other no work was getting done. Finally after I saw my truck just sitting there not being finished I had enough. The inside vacuum job was Half-assed and the didn't even wipe down my vinyl floor mats. I was told they charge extra for that??? I paid $26 dollars for their best wash. I got a half ass car wash and got to watch a bunch of lazy guys pretending to work. Worst experience the owners wife is not very knowledgeable. Had horrible service from car wash guys back in March they scratched my vehicle. I took a chance going in and speaking to the owners wife who tried to blame another employee for not communicating with them. I know that employee did communicate with the guys because it was done when I was there. Needless to say I would not recommend this place to anyone they drop you vehicle off the rail cause damages to vehicles and when drying the vehicle cause scratches. I wish i could give less stars. My 72 year old mother went in to this place to have her car cleaned. Needless to say the car wasn't the only thing to get cleaned. She inadvertently left money in her console. When she got home she noticed her money had been STOLEN!!! They don't pressure wash your car anymore how don't you pressure wash a car when it's dirty? As I sat in the shaded waiting area watching at least 8 employees hustle double time to wash, vacuum, and dry cars, I was reminded that I go to places like this so I don't have to do it myself. I purchased the ultra wash at approx $24. The money was definitely well spent in my opinion. My car is clean to my standards and it was so quick; only 25 minutes. I arrived an hour after they opened and there was a line of cars waiting, but the employees moved quickly. Everyone from the person taking my car at the beginning, to the cashier, to the gentleman delivering my car at the end were polite and professional. They did not honor the packages listed on their website. My first trip, they claimed to not know the special I was referring to for detailing I wanted on my car. I was told to bring a print out, of what was already listed on their website, and come back. After going home and returning the same day, they said that special was for the windows only, not the entire car. The deal said spot removal and windows, not just windows. Went to buggy car wash in Madera to get my van cleaned and vacuumed.... wellllll I got more then that!! They left big dirt shoe imprints on my mats so I asked them to please Re-vacuum. They agreed and proceeded to back my van into a pole!! I do recall cussing at this time (I don't deny it) they just ignored it and continued vacuuming. I examined it my bumper had a dent. I asked for a supervisor twice, I finally found him myself. He went inside store did not return so I went in, he was getting a juice and snack out of the cold section like nothing had happened Needless to say it escalated fast the owner took a step towards me telling me when they have time they will deal with it... it escalated from there. I am not proud of myself but I will never let someone try to intimidate me like that. I was shaking so bad and yes I used some choice words. ALL I wanted was a report nothing else. I had to call my husband and the police. The police officer said he will go back later and speak with him. (I doubt that will happen either he was playing on his phone bored to death), Because the store owner was talking to me in the same disrespectful tone and he heard him. I did not ask or insinuate ANYTHING about his heritage or country during our exchange but he stated "ma'am in my country we have the most respect for women". I kinda don't believe that. SAD SAD SAD...Why do I live and pay taxes in Madera but I have to go to Fresno for good service. why can't I get my car washed locally without having to wait on a trip to Fresno. Buggy shower has poor customer service and they do very bad car washes. Bugs and debris is left on your vehicles. The the idiots want to take a spray bottle and a rag and scrub the remaining dirt and debris that was missed, as opposed to sending through the washer again. The Want to be Manager "Rigo" is rude and unprofessional and a poor excuse or a manager. he needs to be sent to customer service school and learn how to resolve issues with customers instead of being confrontational with them and losing them. Maybe if Mr Singh hired a customer service professional with tact, manners and empathy for the public, he might have a more successful business. Get rid of the poor level of service by hiring a management professional that has an objective to keep your customers returning. The type of service I received will make me drive to Shaw in Fresno all the way from Madera, just to get a good car wash. Poor service, means unhappy customers. Unhappy customers make for an unsuccessful business. Customers are what make your business. You should be making efforts to keep them, not just have them for one time only! Took my brand new truck there for it's first car wash only to have them scratch the paint on it. Went back to complain about it. They took a report and said they'd call me in the next day or two after they review the video to see if they can figure out what happened. End of day on day two and haven't heard from them yet. Guess they were full of shit. Oh by the way I never complained to them about all the sandy foot prints in the back of the truck bed from where they jumped into the truck bed to dry the back window.
