We've had good experiences here, but recently, we went to a customer appreciation event where people who spent a certain amount got a free toy/gift. When we got home there was no toy in the bag. I emailed them to let them know. Their response was, "it's while supplies last" which I completely respect. Except for the fact that we were practically their first customer of the day. Other stores might have been generous enough with their time to give instructions on how I could request a replacement from the manufacture, but none I've encountered would've gone that extra mile.
