We've had good experiences here, but recently, we went to a customer appreciation event where people who spent a certain amount got a free toy/gift. When we got home there was no toy in the bag. I emailed them to let them know. Their response was, "it's while supplies last" which I completely respect. Except for the fact that we were practically their first customer of the day.
