I secured a weekend an appointment to ensure I could stay awake as long as possible and not sleep on my face and ruin my lashes. Prior to the appointment, I received a reminder email and text. The email had all the information I needed to know as a first timer including parking and checking in. Meter parking on the street is easy peasy. I got the lash, lift, and nourish. I use to get my lashes lifted in Cali and did something similar. The process took about 1 hour. If you wear contacts, I recommend wearing glasses to your appointment. Super happy with my results! Especially since I stop wearing makeup during Covid. This is a great pick me up and always make me look fresh.

She kept saying that she had to bleach my hair for the color to work so I gave in but then I had to pay for the toner since it wasn't included. The color was ok, a little too brassy for my taste. The one good thing was that she made the highlights really close to my scalp but by doing so she wasn't very gentle with my hair. In the end I had a lot of broken hairs and a sore head from the pulling. Also, the "natural" product she kept trying to sell me, made my forehead/face break out which took a few weeks for me to get back to normal. (I am also very sensitive to new products. So it's not the fault of the stylist for my break out. My skin is just very picky.) Eh, not really my style. Don't think I'll come back.

First trip, they worked on my manicure and pedicure at the same time, and were so thorough, I felt bad for how long they were spending on me. My manicure lasted probably 2 weeks, and the only reason it wasn't longer was because my nails grow too quickly. The second trip, about 1.5 months later, my toenails still looked almost perfect from the first trip. Their polish change prices are so reasonable and their service is awesome.
