Today I looked for this person again to ask her why I received that bill, and the person who, by the way, is quite rude, answers me that I have to pay it and that's it. When I called and said I was going to file a dispute with my banking institution for fraud, the agent/receptionist was incredibly rude and told me "I told you we were giving you a refund and you weren't satisfied." I wasn't satisfied b/c the refund is less that the amount they deducted. I would 100% seek another agent or location before giving them by business. Terrible customer service with no concern for you as a policy holder.

She was super responsive and super transparent. She texted and emailed me to follow-up, but wasn't obnoxious or pushy. I'm still crunching my auto numbers, but if I can get my auto rates where I need them to be - to get the additional 17% discount for bundling, I'd happily sign up for their home insurance for my secondary home. I love the fact that I don't HAVE to have my primary home with them to insure my secondary home.

Steve answered all my questions, gave me a better price than many other Insurance companies {this go-round}, but Steve Owings seems willing to go the Extra Mile with the dealings I have had with him up to date. Steve is someone who you need in your corner should you have any problems. They sent me medical compensation right away for every person was present inside of my car during the accident. As soon as the car got to the collision center, they took care of appraisal and I got my check. 5 days turn around. Pretty good! And Nobody got hurt by the way. Thank you Progressive.
