Even after filing complaint with state insurance commission they gave me false regulations as to why they weren't going to repair my car. After one final letter before getting attorney's involved they relented and paid for repair. I had to pay for a rental this whole time 2 months they refused to pay even though they delayed the repair for 2 months. I will let everyone know NEVER use state farm.
