Due to heavy traffic and hitting every red light I was running late and called 5 minutes after my appointment time and left a vm. Right as I parked I was told to reschedule. I was 2 minutes passed cutoff time! The worst part about all of this, was Jordyn's level of understanding. Apparently she's never been late to anything in her life. I would have been a new customer so when I booked the charge was to be $11.00, well according to her you actually have to have the service so she immediately ran my credit card for $23.00. Needless to say, she's lost my business and multiple referrals she could have received. Thankfully CapitalOne is amazing and has given me a credit.

Booking an appointment online is super easy, with the ability to book same day appointments (at 8am, I was able to book a 4pm). The location is great, right near hand and stone, larimer square, and the 16th street mall. The nail bar itself is clean, staff are nice, and they have a good range of colors to choose from. I also think at $45 for a gel manicure, they're very reasonably priced, for downtown Denver. I will absolutely be back!
