After giving them a call and meeting with the…read moreowner, my initial impression was the ad should have never been delivered to my neighborhood, as it was outside their service area, but the business would move forward and assist me since the owner actually saw the ad in my hand. I should have taken that as a sign on what was to come. I had this monthly service for approximately 10 months, and the reliability was very frustrating. Every other month, I'd receive notification on the day of the service they needed to reschedule because they were too busy. I am reasonable and can work with an occasional reschedule, but every other month? Really? I was made to feel I was a burden and adding to their stress load. That really was unacceptable. And the service was very bare bones with an exterior spray by the owner and his son for 6-8 minutes at a rate consistent with marketplace pricing. I can appreciate a local business, but this place needs to be better. If you're that busy, add to staff so the fabric of your business - the client - doesn't feel like how I felt.

Very helpful and made it out to my house bright and early the very next morning. I explained to him the issues I was having with the bugs and he went above and beyond with the service he provided to ensure the issue was fixed. It wasn't just your run of the mill spraying of the baseboards with chemical. He sprayed my entire backyard (the brick wall from top to bottom) the entryways, inside, and about 6 feet high on the exterior of my home, de-webbed, etc. to really make sure the bugs are taken care. The true care and attention of someone who takes pride in their business. And to top it off, the service cost about half what the big guys charge. 10/10 recommended these guys
