I've used their service before for roaches and it was effective. This time, it's AZ termites. Of the 3 companies, relatively competitive bids; this one seemed most reputable. Surprisingly this one had a 2-week wait compared to the other quicker-availabilities. You can view that in 2 ways. This one is busier because they really are the better/best option, or if you're in a rush, you might go with the others ? My rep, Matt is a bug lover (loved bugs growing up as a kid, so he seemed to understand and know his bugs ), which is a great repertoire of knowledge and helps educate average folks like me. If I could change anything, it would be the warranty. Another company offered 5-year for the same product, but overall I was most comfortable going with Simply Green. Kudos to Katie for her responsiveness to questions. D-Day.. rep was accommodating. He pretty much carried out the tasks as described by Matt. No surprises. At my request, remedied the inside first so we could reposition furniture and get the interior back to normal (spot treatments into the wall plus topical filler. Paint touchups not included, but that was disclosed upfront.) Then, our external side wall which is actually our neighbor's side yard (so we could wrap up disturbing the neighbor and could reposition their yard furnishings.) And finally the rest of our external perimeter. Overall we're happy with the service and hopeful no further termite issues for at least 7 years (we bought the 10-year product which realistically may last 7+ years, but warranteed by Simply Green for 3 years.) read more

This company has been providing pest control services to us for years! They come every other month and spray around our home and backyard. They use an organic, non-toxic chemical that works amazing! When we first moved into our home, we had problems with roaches. But once we started having the treatments, things have been great! The person who comes out to our home is always very polite and always wears disposable booties over his shoes to help keep our floors clean! Great service people but way over priced. Got 3 quotes for termite inspections, found termites and they wanted $3,000.00. 3 houses one lot, two casitas, one house is 1,800 square feet. Got two more quotes, comparing "apples to apples," the second one was $2,000.00. The last one was $500.00. Mind you this company had me cut a square into each closest in the bigger house to access the foundation. Neither of the other two ever mentioned it. I had an unexpected issue with wasps come along after living in the same house for 9 years without any difficulty. I guess Mother Nature decided it was just my turn. I called Simply Green who sent out a service tech a few days later. He did find one honeycomb shaped hive in some bushes in my back yard which he removed, as well as where activity was occurring near a roofline. He dusted the bushes and roofline and said give it a few days, as they might increase their activity in the short term before moving on. After about a week it became apparent the wasps weren't moving on and were in fact getting worse. I called Simply Green again and they scheduled a follow up with a different tech by the name of Kyle, to come out and get a second set of eyes on the problem. He was able to locate FOUR different wasp nests in the bushes in my backyard. He eliminated them, dusted my patio where they were also starting to congregate, and spent a considerable amount of time going over the yard. He advised there was nothing wrong with what the first guy did, because the size of the new nests were small and so probably started in between the first visit and his. He also said that although he was treating inside the yard, to keep in mind they were coming in from somewhere else so it's not like they could get rid of them 100%. But having said that between the two visits I think the wasps finally got the message as they've moved on at last, and I am free to enjoy my backyard again along with the dogs. Simply Green did not charge me for the follow up visit, which was greatly appreciated, and I appreciate their timely response and follow up. It took a bit to resolve the issue but I'm glad it wasn't me poking around in the bushes looking for spicy flies! read more

Jason explained everything he was doing and checked in to see if I had any questions. We have been using Simply Green for over 3 years to manage an American cockroach infestation stemming from our next-door neighbor's backyard and would not trust anyone else with our pest control needs. All of the technicians have been amazing to work with and provide a thorough service each time. In particular, Matt spent a significant amount of time walking our entire property inside and out to discuss the activity we see and informed us of every potential intervention we could take to help control this issue in between appointments while also further customizing our routine treatments to more effectively target the high traffic areas. This was extremely helpful since the source of the infestation is not on our property leaving limited options to completely eradicate the pests. In addition to wonderful tech service, the communication and customer service from the corporate office has been outstanding. Our next-door neighbor vehemently opposes the use of any pest control and has been downright hostile towards us and Simply Green as a company for the services being provided. We had Simply Green treat our townhouse for termites after discovering a lot of damage to our porch posts. We purchased this place a year ago and had asked the seller to treat for termites as we noticed some surface tubes back then. Apparently, the company they hired only did a minimal surface treatment, which explains why the termites weren't phased in the least bit. Thankfully, Simply Green was able to come out and do a proper, subterranean treatment all around the property. They did a very thorough job. They patched the concrete everywhere they drilled and the patches are hardly noticeable. And they charged almost the same as the company that did the ineffective treatment a year ago. Hopefully, this is the end of our termite troubles, but we're very happy to have the three year warranty on their work. read more

I have had good vibes when talking to anyone from Simply Green. Chris was no exception. He was knowledgeable and professional. This I appreciate very much. However, even above and beyond that . . . he was honest. He could have told us anything. But he didn't. He found one area with no apparent active infestation. We will monitor that area and if anything changes, they will be the company I call. TRUST THIS COMPANY. Their current business model appears to hinge heavily on customer satisfaction.
