So good. I selected 2 feather pillows and climbed in bed around midnight I think? The next thing I knew, it was 10am. I slept soundly. I would have slept all day if check out wasn't 11am! I didn't get up in time for breakfast. I am super happy with the staff here and the stay. 5 stars! Would definitely stay here again! I was also able to tip my housekeeper with a QR code. So opted to go with daily pass for 18 just to ensure they loved place before committing. Once we entered the play area come to find out they had a basic membership for $20. Which was never told to us at time of doing the one hour admission. We would have opted for that. Tried talking to the staff about that they said nothing can be done. So we still signed them up for a monthly pass afterwards because they had fun but that is just bad practice. Still waiting to hear from manager on what can be done. We are on day 4 with no response from them
