Lovees has wonderful cakes. Except to pay a lot. I ordered a wedding cake for 6 to 8 people. The first time I ever bought one I paid $25.00. Last Friday I paid $40.00. However, there were 5 years when I bought the first one. The last cake I bought from a woman, put a decoration of a high heel for my sister and paid $30:00. Horrible service we picked up a wedding cake and was told it does not be refrigerated and would travel just fine... we got to the venue an hour away and both ther middle and top tiers fell into the bottom tier... the cake had been secured on ther travel...we called to asked what can be done no apologies just told that we signed that we received it no matter the condition which is unacceptable now we have to fix the cake on our own... do not get a wedding cake here! read more

They had a lot of flavors to choose from; we went with wedding cake, Oreo, peanut butter and chocolate, strawberry cheesecake, funfetti, and tiramisu. They were the best cupcakes I've ever had. The frosting isn't overly sweet and the cake is moist and spongy. Debbie was attentive and friendly during the consult. She was patient while we sampled her cupcakes and decided on flavors, and suggested flavors based on our favorite cake flavors. We called her the day after we paid and said we can't make it because of the weather and she said she already made the cake. I called and left her a message Wednesday night asking for a call back and she never called back I had to send her a text Friday tell her I expect a call back by Saturday. She called back on Saturday and was rude and would not talk with out talking over me. No where on the invoice does it say that there's no refunds. We ordered 3 large sheet cakes for our wedding and Lovee's did not disappoint. The cakes served all of our guests and we still had plenty left over. My personal favorite flavor, as well as a lot of my other guests favorite, was strawberries and champagne and OMG it's so good. Honestly one of the best cakes I have ever had. Also, we ordered her wedding cake flavor, and my sister in law (who is a VERY picky eater) said that is was the best cake she has ever had. Our last flavor was dulce de leche, which was my husbands favorite, and it was very good, but pretty sweet so we can only really eat one small piece per sitting. All in all, the cakes were great, and I am recommending Lovee's to all my engaged friends. We arrived 5 minutes after closing, but they happily unlocked their doors and "rolled out the red carpet"! Though they had already put everything away, they pulled back out all their cakes and we each selected 2 cupcakes each (triple choc, double choc, Oreo, raspberry cheesecake, orange creamsicle, caramel cheesecake, red velvet - some flavors were doubled-up). I went in to talk to the owner about a cake. On the website and Facebook page, it says open until 6 Tues-Fri, so I went in around 4. Apparently, the coffee shop where this bakery is located is open during those hours, but the owner isn't there after 2. It would've been nice to know that before I went there. So, I called the phone number on the business card they gave me at the coffee shop and left a voicemail. This was a week ago and she hasn't returned my call.
