Meh. First of all you cannot view the coffee menu in the website. You can only buy "swag" and coffee by the pound. Also this location IS NOT a drive through even though it indicates that it is on Google maps and Yelp. It's such an irritating thing when a business, especially a coffee location, keeps the only menu available at the cash register. This means that the line backs up and everybody has to wait so that the the peeps at the front have to spend several minutes at the cash register to figure out what they want. That adds to the slowness of the baristas, which are pretty ho-hum about the whole endeavor. We each got lattes, I got the spicy honey-cinnamon and G got a regular. Nothing special about either, just middle of the road. In addition we asked for a "Pupa-chino", for our Puppy-Dog, which is usually a small cup of whipped cream that most coffee shops (and even McDonald's) give you for no charge. When we looked at the receipt they had charged us $1.50. Would have been nice to know they charge for it. It was huge, a full 12 ounce cup of which we ended up tossing out half of. Puppy-Dog certainly enjoyed what he got but it was just way too much greasy fatness for him. Finally, I'm not sure what the deal is, the people working there are as quiet as mice. I had to ask the girl to speak up at the check out because we couldn't hear anything she was saying. The person who called people's orders out was also really mousy quiet and so orders were piling up. We just got the vibe of incompetence and mediocrity. Likely wouldn't come back. read more

This little coffee hut (drive thru only) packs a punch. My orange blossom mocha was flavorful but not overly sweet. The location is easily accessible off the highway if you find yourself on a road trip and on the hunt for local yet efficient options like we were during our visit. The menu is quite vast and offered several of my favorites like Mayan mochas, cafe miel and more. There's a reason this spot is sporting five stars! I love to check out local coffee houses and this is one of my favs! This has a little more modern decor but I love the vibe! The staff is friendly and the coffee is great! It's always crowded and is a little difficulty to find parking and seating at times. They have a lot but they need a lot. I'm giving it 4 stars only because they only have 1 handicap space and it's further from the door than two parking spots that are right in front of the door. Would always recommend. Love the chai tea. I'm addicted to it. Also got the scones. The scones are not dry like other places. I love the rosemary cheese scone. The lavender lemon muffin is not good. Unless you love lavender more than lemon I couldn't taste the limit at all And the muffin didn't taste like cake it was really gooey, but everything else was lovely. Especially love the atmosphere. Friendliness of staff was great and the small shop in the middle of a parking lot feels like a landmark and one of those places "you gotta try". The coffee itself has a unique flavor compared to other coffee shops that I enjoyed but might not be to everyone's taste. Would definitely go again even though (because of it's size) there is no seating and the drive through itself can get pretty long. read more

I really enjoyed this small drive-through only coffee shop. They have an assortment of coffee and espresso drinks. Some are pretty unique -- including, for example, the bulletproof. It's espresso with Irish butter and coconut oil. You'd think that wouldn't be the best combination. But, I found it surprisingly good. Also, the Latte con miel (honey/cinnamon latte) was pretty good too. Highly recommended if you are in this area. One tip: both sides of the drive through take orders. It's not one side for orders and one side for pickup. Took me a minute to figure that out! read more

Love their coffee! People have been friendly to me everytime I visit. Since my hours changed at work it's hard to go there and get coffee. My only issue (thus the star reduction) is that I however cannot stand the taste of Aldi milk for whatever reason it leaves a nasty taste in my mouth. "Loveland Coffee" is a tiny booth within the Murraywood shopping plaza on St. Andrews in the Irmo area. When our vehicle arrived at the booth, the owner shouted out "hey, I know you" to hubby. Well, he must have recognized hubby's older brother who looks just like him! I saw "bulletproof" on the menu, with an espresso shot, coconut oil, and Irish cream. Ok, that should be strong enough to have the "buzz-proof" for Rosa J. I saw familiar drinks on the menu, like Mayan mocha. The "chile" kick after the sweet cinnamon note was definitely captured. I was very glad that I bookmarked "Loveland" ahead of time. I'm always passionate with supporting local businesses everywhere I go. Their logo is also cool: the coffee scoop as the protagonist, with the South Carolina flag "moon" on the northwest corner. I hope they continue to do well. After a few days of drinking flavorless hotel coffee and weak coffee from random coffee shops , I was very impressed ! Hands down the best coffee shop in Columbia, if not South Carolina! They will take their time here, but that's because they care about brewing good coffee! This is best coffee drive thru that I have been to since Starbucks. I didn't think that I would ever love anything else, and then I stumbled across this jewel. The customer service is amazing and fast every time, It's like I pull up and place my order and I'm off to work. The price is nice and I'm not breaking bank like I would at Starbucks. We have yet to have a disappointing experience; I really love the vanilla dolce and loco con miel. You'd think habanero and coffee wouldn't work well together, but you'd be wrong! Aside from the delectable selection of coffees, the service is ALWAYS wonderful. The ladies behind the window are incredibly sweet and make the short wait for coffee go so much quicker. We stopped by here on our way back from Charleston. This is a small drive thru coffee house in the parkinglot of a shopping center. They roast their own coffee and have special blends of lattes that you don't find everywhere else. I wish we has one in our town! I ordered a Vanilla Dolce. It's very subtle. Great blend. Not too sweet. My husband got a Mayan. He's usually a coffee with plain milk kind of guy but he really liked it a lot. He said he could drink it every day! We also got an extra Latte Con Miel to try. It's something I usually wouldn't get but was pleasantly surprised! We will make this place a regular stop everytime we travel this way. read more

When I arrived there were cars on both sides of the drive thru so I expected a long wait. However, the line was moving fairly quickly. When I pulled up, Megan was extremely helpful and explained the entire menu. Everyone who works there is pleasant and down to earth. I decided to try the iced loco con miel. This coffee is sweetened with honey and has a touch of habanero for a nice little spice kick. I was skeptical at first (spicy coffee? ...Cmon ). But this was literally the best coffee I've ever had. (Quote me). The energy I have from that one cup is equivalent to what I feel when I get a double shot of espresso from other places. I'm happily addicted now. read more
